This unit has a vintage beachy feel to it but also a beautiful newly renovated gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Amenities include central air-conditioning, outside shower, and wifi. Looking to stay close to other family members? The location is amazing with just one street and two houses back from the beach in a lovely Avalon neighborhood. Playground equipment and tennis courts located just a few blocks away on 39th Street and the center of town is just a bike ride away! Try renting both units of this property which can accommodate a combined total of 15 people (7 in the first floor unit and 8 in the second floor unit).
