About this property

Cozy cottage (Finnhaus) with garden in a beautiful landscape with Wi-Fi

The house is furnished with love and taste and is located in a 650 sqm large, beautifully landscaped garden on our private road with garage. The ground floor consists of a cozy living room (40 m²) with open fireplace, bathroom with bath, guest toilet, kitchen. Two large terraces in front and behind the house with stunning views allow you to enjoy the sun all day long. In the 1. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms (one double and two single), a bathroom with shower and toilet. The pitched roof of the house is comfortably furnished and especially liked by children. Dogs are welcome.

- Cleaning fee 50 €. The costs of the final cleaning are to be charged with the housekeeping on site

- When using linen and bed linen fall per bed set 5 €, and per other laundry 0.5 €

- Per adult person and day the local tourist tax is still charged

- In winter, a heating surcharge (up to the wood) of 10 € per day will be charged

Sehr schöner Skiurlaub
Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der offene Kamin macht die Abende sehr gemütlich. Die Entfernung zum Skigebiet war 15 Minuten. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen. Lg Dirk und Tanja

Schönes Haus
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus , die Lage des Hauses ist ideal um Tagestouren in alle Himmelsrichtungen zu unternehmen . Man kann dort wunderbar Wandern gehen und die Natur genießen . Das Haus war in einem guten zustand und sehr sauber .

Gemütliches Haus mit toller Lage
Wir haben zwei schöne Wochen dort verbracht. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden und es ist sehr geräumig. Von der Terrasse hat man einen wundervollen Blick in die Natur.

Heerlijk
Sfeervol ingericht huisje. Wij vonden het mooier dan op de foto’s. Lekkere bedden, veel servies aanwezig en eigenlijk alles wat je zou kunnen gebruiken in de keuken. De buurman die hout voor de haard komt brengen met zijn trekker. Allemaal top! Wij begrepen het verwarmingssysteem niet helemaal maar de eigenaar was goed bereikbaar en heeft goed geholpen. Alleen de douchekop boven bleef niet goed hangen maar beneden is ook een heerlijke badkamer met ligbad.

wir genießen dieses Haus seit Jahren. Gemütlich, mit allem was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Seen Berge und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Betreuung durch Herrn Sitran ist vorbildlich. Wir kommen wieder.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche dort verbracht. Das Skizentrum Bad Kleinkirchheim ist eine Viertelstunde von Afritz am See entfernt. Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem notwendigen Dingen ausgestattet. Es ist urig und die Abende am Kamin gemütlich. Das einzig unangenehme war das Parken am Haus, denn der Parkplatz war auf Grund von Eis und Schnee nicht zu nutzen. Wir haben dann den Parkplatz vom Nachbarn genutzt, der momentan nicht vor Ort war. Fazit, ein schönes, gemütliches Haus, auch im Winter zu empfehlen.

Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, der Gastgeber sehr freundlich und das Ferienhaus sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Urlaub war super!

Toller Urlaub in gemütlichem Haus mit super Terrasse
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesen gemütlichen Ferienhaus. Besonders haben wir die Terrasse und die Aussicht dort genossen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und ruhig gelegen. Der Afritzer See ist in Laufnähe. Wir kommen wieder!

Das Haus ist wunderschön, liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist wirklich an alles gedacht, man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl. Die Kommunikation mit dem überaus freundlichen Eigentümer Herr Sitran war hervorragend. Der See in Afritz ist ein echter Tipp - Urlaub wie er sein soll!

gemütliches und geräumiges Haus in toller Umgebung
Das Haus ist sauber, gemütlich (Kamin, Möblierung, viel Holz), komplett eingerichtet und versprüht dort, wo noch nicht renoviert wurde (mittlerweile neu sind z.B. Küche, Terrassenmöblierung und oberes Bad), kultigen 70er-Charme (Schränke, Deko, Bücher...). Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und der Kontakt absolut ukompliziert. Dass man in Afritz bzw. Kärnten insbesondere mit Kindern toll Urlaub machen kann (Baden, wandern, essen, ....) muss ich wohl nicht extra erwähnen.

Wie in allen Jahren zuvor, haben wir den Aufenthalt genossen. Es gibt nichts schöneres als in der Sonne auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und das Frühstück zu genießen. Wir freuen uns schon auf die nächsten Jahre.

Wir haben die Ruhe, die morgentliche Sonne auf der Terasse und die Gemütlichkeit mit dem offenen Kamin genossen. 5 Minuten zum See und Einkaufmöglichkeit in der Nähe, ja, aber mit Auto.
