Die 50qm-große Ferienwohnung befindet sich in der niederbayerischen Hügellandschaft, mitten in Bad Birnbach. Die Wohnung verfügt über getrennte Wohn- und Schlafzimmer (Bandscheibenmatratzen) und eine komplette Küche mit Geschirrspüler. Die Schlafcouch im Wohnbereich kann zu einem vollwertigen Bett umfunktioniert werden. Gerne bieten wir Ihnen an, dass wir dieses Bett tagsüber wieder zurückbauen und Sie den Wohnbereich ganz normal nutzen können. Neben einem luxuriösen Bad steht Ihnen auch ein separates WC zur Verfügung. Weiterhin stehen Sat-TV und ein Zimmersafe bereit. Vom Süd-Balkon können Sie die herrliche Aussicht ins Rottal genießen. Parkplatz und WLAN sind im Preis enthalten.
