Die hell gestaltete Suite liegt im Herzen Bad Birnbachs auf einer leichten Anhöhe mit einem Traumausblick. 1-3 Personen finden dort Platz. Der großzügige Wohn-/Schlafbereich verfügt über eine gemütliche Sitzecke, ein Schlafsofa, einen Esstisch, einen Schreibtisch und ein Doppelbett. Die Küchenzeile ist ausgestattet mit einem 2-Platten Herd, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine und Wasserkocher. Das große Bad mit Doppel-Waschbecken, Fön und Badewanne rundet das Gesamtbild ab. Zudem gibt es noch ein separates WC. Der Balkon lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Rottal Terme liegt nur 250m von der Unterkunft entfernt und ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. 150m zum "Neuem Marktplatz" und ca. 600m zum alten Ortskern "Alte Hofmark". In Bad Birnbach gibt es schöne Wandermöglichkeiten. Ruhe und Natur laden zum Erholen ein.
