Das Chalet ist im bayrischen Holzhausstil erbaut und komplett renoviert. Das Ferienhaus liegt idyllisch 4 km außerhalb des Ortszentrums von Bad Birnbach. Nur 5 Autominuten vom Bellavista Golfpark entfernt bietet das Chalet am Bach einen idealen Ausgangspunkt für Golfer. Unsere Gäste erhalten 30% Greenfee Ermäßigung. Für alle Naturliebhaber sind die direkt am Haus beginnenden Wanderwege und die angrenzenden Radwege bestens geeignet. Gemütlich und edel ausgestattet präsentiert sich die Wohnung im Obergeschoss des Chalets. Ein großer Wohn-Essbereich mit einer hochwertigen Küche, zwei Schlafzimmern sowie ein geräumiges Bad mit separatem Gäste WC gehören zur erstklassigen Ausstattung. Vom Parkplatz ist die Wohnung ebenerdig zu erreichen und bietet für Sonnenanbeter einen geräumigen Balkon. Der Zugang zum Garten mit den Spieleinrichtungen für Kinder ist ebenfalls möglich.
