Es gibt 2 Schlafräume mit jeweils einem Doppelbett, wobei eines davon eine Übergröße von 2,00m x 2,00m hat. Die Wohnküche ist voll ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Toaster. Außerdem ist ein Radio und ein SAT-TV vorhanden. Das Bad verfügt über ein WC, eine bodenebene Dusche, einen Bademantel und einen Fön. Die Ferienwohnung besitzt eine Infrarotkabine, sowie 2 Terrassen (vom Schlafzimmer und der Wohnküche aus zugänglich) mit Zugang zum Garten und eine hauseigene Sauna mit Tauchbecken.
