Cheerful bright nautical condo,2 short blocks to beach
Very clean and modern, hypoallergenic,sun drenched.
Very well kept rebuilt on the inside in 2020.. A weekend leaves us fully revitalized and recharged. Walking distance to shops, markets, amusement park, and restaurants.
Disclaimer: current Google map picture is the before, this old 1980’s Bait shop has been extensively rehabed, only the concrete shell is original. Pictures of outside will be shared after the Hardscape and landscape is completed.

About the host
Your host
We are a middle aged couple who's chic's have flown the nest. We bought the property in 2018 with lots of plans and and ideas, funny how that can change in 5 years. Now we wait, till there are Grands, so we can build sandcastle again on a sunny day.
Why they chose this property
The environment is a very big issue to anyone who likes to breathe, so leaving a small foot print is going to be our way of life going forward. This was learned by spending a weekend on a 6 x 30 foot sailboat, so this little condo, isn't so little by comparison.
What makes this property unique
If you are coming from a huge home, it will be nice to connect with the people you love again. Wonderful to wake up in the morning and have my college kid and teen right there! When my nephews and nieces visit no where to disappear!
