Anyone staying at Saida Towers between the ages of 10-32 years or considered to be participating in Spring Break activities will be required to purchase and wear a security wristband. This policy will be enforced from Spring Break and Holy Week. (Proper identification required.)The cost per wristband will be $25 plus tax (17%). Please be aware guests will be asked to leave the property immediately if they do not have a valid security wristband. This policy will be strictly enforced by security.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
