About this property

Südhof Döbbrick, holiday room

The holiday room has a double bed, a kitchenette and a private bathroom. From the window you have a nice view of the free paddock and the Spreeauen behind it.

We acquired the Südhof Döbbrick in 2010. Since then it has been extensively rebuilt and expanded. In the meantime, there are two spacious, high-quality apartments furnished in country style and a holiday room. In addition, we offer in our barn a function room for up to 30 people. Our guests can use the currently about 3 hectares of land. There are plenty of outdoor seating, a garden and a playground. If you want you can of course help in the stable with our ponies. Riding lessons are possible on request.

Schönes Ambiente & Umgebung
Wir waren 4 Nächte im Ferienzimmer am Südhof Döbbrick untergebracht. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett zu uns und ebenfalls das Ausleihen zweier Fahrräder hat problemlos funktioniert. Mit diesen kann man auch sehr gut die Gegend erkunden, sei es die Innenstadt von Cottbus, einen der vielen umliegenden Seen oder sogar den Spreewald. Das Fazit: Es waren ein paar schöne Tage mit einer schönen Unterkunft und sehr netten Leuten!

Schöne Gegend, Zimmer gut
Wir haben ein paar Tage ausspannen können. Es ist eine schöne Gegend zum runter fahren. Zimmer und Ausstattung sind ok. Das einzige was uns gefehlt hat, war ein Ofen oder eine Mikrowelle mit Grill. So mussten wir die Pizza in der Pfanne machen ;) Leider haben sich die Gastgeber nicht vorgestellt, das fand ich schade. Gern wäre ich auch reiten gegangen, aber ich habe keinen gesehen zum fragen. Ich fand es etwas unpersönlich. Ich nehme an, dass die Gastgeber viel zu tun haben. Hätte es nur schön gefunden, sie mal kurz kennenzulernen. So konnte ich auch nicht nach einer Rolle Klopapier fragen, da musste das Küchenpapier her halten. Ich hätte bestimmt auch anrufen können. Im Großen und Ganzen war aber alles ok und sauber. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Perfektes Objekt für jeden, der Ruhe sucht. Haben lediglich übernachtet und nicht den Reiterhof genutzt. Würden wieder dort nächtigen.

War sehr schön eingerichtet und kinderfreundlich. Mit dem Auto oder Bus nicht weit in die Stadt (10min). Sehr nette Besitzer, wir kommen gern wieder.

Netter kleiner Reiterhof zum Wohlfühlen
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Anlage und hatten auch sehr netten Kontakt mit anderen Feriengästen. Leider waren wir überrascht dass wir nur einen Raum zum Schlafen und Wohnen hatten und nicht zwei, dass war aus der Buchung und im gespräch mit dem Vermieter nicht ersichtlich, dass hat uns anfänglich auch ein wenig verärgert, da wir unsere kleine Tochter mit hatten. Die Ausstattung der Küche müsste etwas aufgestockt werden mit Geschirr, Besteck und Kochgegenständen (1 Topf, 1 Pfanne, z.B. nur ein kleiner Löffel vorhanden). Das Personal auf dem Reiterhof war sehr zuvorkommend und stets für Fragen und Unterstützung offen. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge in die Umgebung, da die Kernzone des Spreewaldes unmittelbar in der Nähe liegt und auch Cottbus hat viel zu bieten.
