This home is one of the closest home to downtown Sanford. All bars, restaurants and the lake are in easy walking distance. Can sleep 6 but the couch could sleep a 7th if needed. Right across from the The Farmhouse rental if you are booking a large party. 30 miles from New Smyrna Beach and 30 mins from downtown Orlando. Two bikes are available to enjoy miles of dedicated bike trails from Sanford to the Ocean. Come enjoy what Sanford has to offer!
