Step into luxury! Custom coastal pool home. The moment you enter the handsome double doors you are greeted with 20' plus soaring ceilings.
Home is welcoming, spacious and bright. Perfect for a family holiday or share it with multiple families.
There are two docks jutting off the seawall for docking boats or other watercraft. An outdoor space for grilling and entertaining. Relax on the Caloosahatchee river or maybe take a Kayak ride
There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms in this one-story private pool home.
Conveniently located 2 miles from Historic Downtown Fort Myers where you can find local bars, restaurants and shopping. , 15 miles from Fort Myers Beach, 35 miles from Naples.
We do not allow large parties and ask that you respect the neighbor's peace and quiet Especially after 10pm.

We are passionate newcomers to vacation renting and are striving to get our first reviews. We welcome feedback in any form that will help us be successful and ensure everyone’s stay is enjoyable.

Very convenient & clean

We booked a trip here very last minute and the owner was more than happy to help out! Even gave us early check in. The home was very clean with a nice layout. Had everything we needed, and then some. Thanks again!

Very nice, comfortable house.

The house was very nice inside and had everything we needed. Very nice atmosphere sitting out by the pool overlooking the canal. Cute little dock area to sit by the water too. The only minor issue was that the bottom mattress was missing from the day bed in the office bedroom, but luckily they had an air mattress we could use.

Fantastic house and property!

Husband and I stayed for the weekend. The house is just great. Comfy beds, plenty of towels and necessities, great pool and pool area, quiet neighborhood. The dock in the back was so fun. We sat out for hours on the swings. Host was fantastic. We didn’t need her for anything, but felt like if we had she would have responded right away. We also brought our dog with us and it was a great street to walk him on. Quiet and friendly. Thanks for sharing your house! We would definitely book again!
