Summary:
This unit is located inside the Waikiki Grand Hotel and was just renovated in March 2022! Location is EVERYTHING-you are steps away from Waikiki Beach & Kalakaua Ave which hosts all of the restaurants & shops you could dream of. Directly across the street from the Honolulu Zoo and minutes from the iconic Diamond Head State Park, the building offers amenities to include a 10th floor sundeck with swimming pool, restaurant, nightclub, and activities desk. Please note that this unit only has one QUEEN-SIZED BED. (booking.com description will be updated soon).

The Space:
Please note that this unit is located inside the Waikiki Grand hotel, but it is a separate rental property. As such, there will be no housekeeping or turn-down service provided during your stay.

The Neighborhood:
Waikiki is Oahu’s most iconic tourist destination, and a diverse and vibrant residential neighborhood. Waikiki has grown from a small community of surfers and artists in the 1960s to an urban neighborhood of high rises after a $100 million initiative in the 1970s. There are many bus routes that go through Waikiki and to all different sides of the island. Additionally, Uber and Lyft are generally available at most times of the day.

Loud music, loud fire alarms

I was not aware that the Hula bar/club was located directly below us. Hula Bar and Grill provides DJs and live music through out the night and can be heard from the rental. The fire alarm was set off from the bar and continued to be set off each night following. No information was provided if we should evacuate or if it was a false alarm. All alarms were set off after 1026PM and the latest being 1130pm. Overall the place has potential to provide a peaceful night's ret. I think we just stayed during a crazy week. potnsleep.
