This private, charming complex in which the bungalow is located on a rock overlooking the sea.
Away from the hustle and bustle of the pubs and shopping centers, you can relax on the property - in the first row - (no road and no road between the sea and the property) with tropical garden with sound of the sea, but no car noise.

Regulars have come year after year for over 20 years.

We loved it!
Compact and basic but all you need. Swimming pool just in front of your terrace. Nice and quiet location. Supermarket and restaurants nearby. Plenty of things to do within easy reach. Good starting point for a sun soaking holiday. We loved it!

Sehr schöne, gepflegte, ruhige Anlage. Keine Dauerbeschallung oder Animation, sondern pure Entspannung. An manchen Tagen kann man aber im Hintergrund die Kartbahn hören.

Top Unterkunft
Tolle gemütliche kleine Anlage. Keine Betonburg. Top-Lage mit direkten Zuhang zum Starnd über eine Treppe. Top geplegter Garten und Pool. Wir haben es sehr genossen.

Un sejour au bord de mer, une vue incroyable dont on ne peut se lasser. A quelques minutes a pieds des commerces et bus. L'emplacement peut en satisfaire plus d'un; reposant et atypique il est aussi un point de repères de nombreuses activités.

Sehr schöne, grüne und ruhige Anlage
Die Anlage war sehr schön, überschaubar und gepflegt. Viel Grün, schöne und angenehme Pool, nicht weit von Strand, wo wir jeden Morgen Baden gegangen waren. Abends konnten man entweder auf eigener Terrasse oder am Pool auf dem Sofa sitzen und beim Ocean rauschen den Sternehimmel beobachten. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung uns der Küche war ausreichend für nicht lange (1-1,5 Wochen) Aufenthalt. Einzige Wunsch wäre: mindestens ein Ventilator im App. zu haben, da es keine Klima drin gibt und nachts manchmal ein bisschen zu warm im Zimmer ist. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut und unkompliziert. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der tollen Unterkunft. Das Meer ist Fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und weit genug weg von Massen-und Partytourismus. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet um täglich zu kochen und Supermärkte sind um die Ecke. Dadurch, dass die Anlage insgesamt recht ruhig ist, konnten wir Abends auf der Terrasse den lustigen Geräuschen der Sturmtauchern lauschen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Ruhiger Winter-Kurzurlaub am Meer
Freundliches Personal, Gäste hauptsächlich Rentner, ruhig. Wer es nicht so trubelig mag, ist hier richtig. Schöner Blick ans Meer. Nur am Wochenende hört man die Kart-Bahn aus der Ferne. Fußläufig 2 Strände, 1 Supermarkt und 1 Restaurant schnell erreichbar. Mit Bus oder Mietwagen sind viele Attraktionen der Insel gut erreichbar. Bungalow/Inventar hat seine besten Tage schon hinter sich, alles sehr einfach, aber sauber. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und würden es wieder buchen.

Gran Canaria Urlaub
Wir waren für eine Woche in einem der Bungalows untergebracht. Dieses ist ausreichend ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen. Von der Unterkunft konnte man alles sehr gut erreichen. Wir sind hauptsächlich mit dem Bus gefahren, was auch kein Problem dargestellt hat. Der Strand ist unmittelbar in der Nähe! Gerne wieder :)

Ruhige schöne Bungalowanlage abseits vom Trubel Maspalomas
Die kleine privat geführte Bungalowanlage ist sehr schön und gepflegt, unser Bungalow war sehr gemütlich und wir haben uns dort sofort wohl gefühlt. Es gibt dort viele deutschsprachige Gäste, einige verbringen dort auch längere Zeit, so dass es sehr nachbarschaftlich gewirkt hat. Kommunikation im Vorfeld war unkompliziert und uns wurde schnell geantwortet auf unsere Fragen. Fussläufig kann man einige Strände in der Nähe erreichen. Es fährt aber auch ein günstiger Bus für 1.40€ nach Maspalomas oder in zahlreiche andere Orte. Unmittelbar in der Nähe gibt es einen Supermarkt für alles Nötige zu angemessenen Preisen. Direkt in der Anlage gab es 5l Wasserkanister für nur 1€. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Rennradtouren in die Berge (Verleih in Maspalomas oder San Agustín).

Perfekt lille ferielejlighed
En helt perfekt feriebolig til min kæreste og mig. Lille men velindrettet bungalow med alt hvad du behøver til en god ferie. Beliggende i et roligt område lige ned til vandet. Vi kommer bestemt igen.

Das Apartment hat alles was man braucht: eine schöne Terrasse mit Meerblick, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das Bad war sauber und neu. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub, vielen Dank dafür!
