Casa spaziosa, con ogni confort ottima per 2 famiglie

Siamo stati ospiti di Giovanni ed Irene per 2settimane, la casa è spaziosissima, con 2 camerette doppie per i ragazzi e una matrimoniale, tutte dotate di pale a soffitto o ventilatore. Le giornate erano caldissime ma l’ampio patio coperto era perfetto per pranzare fuori e la zona è sempre stata ventilata al punto giusto. Nei rari momenti di afa intollerabile il condizionatore ci ha tenuti ben freschi. Intorno alla casa c’è un ampio cortile con frutteto e tettoia per le auto, inoltre al primo piano è presente un secondo alloggio, sarebbe perfetta per andare in vacanza con un’altra famiglia di amici. Non é troppo vicino alla spiaggia ma volendo il centro di Balestrate è facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi. Giovanni ed Irene sono stati più che disponibili verso ogni nostra esigenza. Consigliatissimo!!!!

vacanza in campagna a pochi passi dal mare

siamo due famiglie di Milano e abbiamo affittato entrambi gli appartamenti dal 22 luglio al 12 agosto. La casa rispecchia le caratteristiche dell'annuncio; pulita, accogliente e bene attrezzata. Posizione tranquilla in campagna, silenziosa, a 10 minuti d'auto dalla spiaggia e 15 a piedi dal centro. Giovanni e sua moglie sono disponibili e gentili e offrono anche la possibilità di lasciare l'auto nel loro cortile a due passi dal mare. Hanno accettato anche due cani senza problemi. Consigliato!!! IL PIACERE DI STARE IN FERIE

L'abitazione sembra appena costruita, è bella e confortevole, non manca nulla (condizionatore, zanzariere, Lavatrice, phon, asciugamani, barbecue, parcheggio auto all'ombra, etc....). La grande terrazza al piano primo è una meraviglia per passare serate piacevoli con gli amici e famiglia, soprattutto a cena. Non ci sono rumori di viabilità da strade, la zona è sempre ventilata e ci si sente immersi nella circostante natura. L'accesso, la prima volta, è un po' difficile individuarlo, ma poi da questo luogo è facilmente raggiungibile ogni strada per ogni destinazione da visitare. La proprietà è attenta e molto disponibile per ogni problematica e necessità, tanto per capirsi ci ha riservato un parcheggio in prossimità della spiaggia del paese senza dover ogni volta cercarlo e pagarlo. Séjour idéal

Un séjour idéal, la Maison est particulièrement propre et soignée, et très bien équipée. Nous n’avons pas utilisé la climatisation car nous avons toujours eu une petite brise qui soufflait rendant inutile la climatisation. La maison est très bien placée pour aller à la mer (réserve naturelle du Zingaro), pour visiter les sites archéologiques de Ségeste ( 20 min) et Selinunte ainsi que pour visiter Palermo. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et disponibles.

bella casa indipendente con terrazzo vista mare

bella casa. noi alloggiavamo nell'appartamento al secondo piano dotato di un grande terrazzo con vista mare .L'appartamento è molto curato .pulitissimo e super accessoriato. I proprietari sono estremamente gentili e disponibili a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza senza mai risultare invadenti. la casa è situata appena fuori dal paese in una zona tranquilla e molto comoda per gli spostamenti per visitare i dintorni in quanto vicinissima all'uscita dell'autostrada , Abbiamo trascorso una bellisima vacanza grazie anche a Giovanni che è stato un padrone di casa perfetto ,Consigliamo sicuramente questa casa per le votre vacanze

Ottima scelta

Abbiamo trascorso due settimane di vacanza in questo angolo della Sicilia e la scelta è stata vincente. La casa si è rivelata perfetta per la nostra numerosa famiglia (siamo in 7), in zona tranquilla, vicinissima al centro, con ogni comfort e tutto perfettamente in ordine e pulito. estate 2014

Abbiamo trascorso 2 settimane nell'appartamento del signor Giovanni e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La casa, ai margini del paese in zona tranquilla, è molto luminosa, ventilata ( non abbiamo mai avuto bisogno di accendere i ventilatori), pulita e munita di tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno rilassante. La presenza discreta dei padroni di casa ci ha permesso di avere consigli e risolvere immediatamente qualunque necessità. La posizione permette di visitare comodamente diverse località della Sicilia e la stessa Balestrate si è rivelata una località piacevole, con un mare ed una spiaggia davvero notevoli. Consiglieremmo certamente l'appartamento purchè automuniti.

Balestrate 2014

Casa accogliente per 6 persone, posta nella parte alta del paese e quindi sempre ventilata e fresca, in una zona tranquilla ma non isolata.Bello ed ampio il giardino di piante grasse, comodo e godibilissimo il portico. La casa era pulita e corrispondente in tutto ai servizi descritti nell'annuncio. Di buona qualità il servizio offertoci dal proprietario sempre disponibile per ogni necessità. Consiglieremmo sicuramente l'immobile ad amici e parenti purchè forniti di automobile.

A nice place to stay

Villa Ivana consists of two apartments in a 2-storey building on a spaceous lot of approximately 1 ha (10.000 m2) with cactuses and fruit trees.We (three over 65) used the upper apartment, which has the clear advantage of displaying a beautiful view over the orchards on the mountains and the bay. It has a sufficiently spaced living/kitchen and three adequate bedrooms of which, one, containing a bunker bed, is quite small. The bathroom, particularly the shower cabin, is small and the shower was clearly outdated (the owner, Giovanni, promised he would replace it before new guests would arrive) With six people the house will be quite crowded. There is an additonal shower/WC on the ground level, though. The house is adequately equipped, although a shade on the terrace would be welcome as the early morning sun can already be quite hot. The village Balestrate (quite lively in the week-end) is very close by: approx. 1.5 km, a 15-20 min walk. At the same distance or a little more you will find spaceous, clean sandy beaches (crowded in the week-end), the furthest one at 2.5 km. There are a number of simple but quite acceptable restaurants which serve tasty local dishes, mostly of marine origin. Giovanni is an extremely friendly and helpful host who can give you all the info you might need. He showed up without delay when needed, which fortunately did not happen often. We recommend this house without hesitation. It clearly gives value for money. For a party of six it might be a bit small though. Giovanni speaks German quite well. His cousin (also Giovanni) speaks English.

Soggiorno nella Sicilia nord-occidentale

Io e mia moglie abbiamo soggiornato per 12 giorni in questo posto. La casa è situata nel comune di Balestrate in una zona di campagna particolarmente tranquilla e lontana dalle ricezioni turistico alberghiere estive.E' in leggera collina dove si ammira lo splendido panorama sul golfo di Castellammare ed è particolarmente fresca essendo costantemente ventilata;non serve a mio avviso l'aria condizionata anche se la casa dispone di due ventilatori per altro da noi mai usati.Di nuova costruzione è arredata con cura, molto confortevole e pulita.Dispone di un ampio soggiorno con zona pranzo e angolo cottura, una camera matrimoniale e altre due camere con letti singoli,due bagni di cui uno situato all'esterno assai comodo al momento del rientro dal mare. Un' ampia veranda situata davanti ala porta d'ingresso, permette di rilassarsi al fresco leggendo o di consumare un pasto. Nel giardino curato da Giovanni si possono ammirare le tipiche piante mediterranee: aranci, fichi d'india, olivi e una grande quantità di piante grasse. L'intera propietà è recintata e vi si accede da un cancello con serratura e dispone di un posto auto coperto. La locazione dell'abitazione permette di raggiungere facilmente i luoghi di maggior interesse paesaggistico e culturale: Palermo, con i suoi meravigliosi monumenti, Monreale e la sua cattedrale,Scopello con la tonnara e i faraglioni, La riserva naturale dello zingaro con le sue bellissime calette, S.Vito lo Capo e la meravigliosa spiaggia, Trapani e le sue saline, le isole Egadi a dir poco stupende, Erice e la sua omonima valle, Marsala con visita alle cantine Florio, i parchi archeologici di Segesta, di Selinunte e di Agrigento. Da non dimenticare la cortesia e la disponibilità di Giovanni e Irene, sempre pronti a risolvere ogni nostro dubbio, a consigliarci località e percorsi. Consiglierei vivamente questo posto.
