PLEASE NOTE: There is an apartment below the main house (not included with the rental). There is no access from the apartment to the house and is treated as a separate living space completely. Because of the apartment below, there is a full flight of stairs that you will need to climb in order to access the home. This home is NOT for guests with mobility challenges.
ROADS: This home is in a mountain town. As such, you can expect dirt roads, potholes (due to things like traffic and rain), and slow speed limits. We recommend driving appropriate vehicles for the conditions.
WINTER: 4 WHEEL DRIVE, SNOW TIRES, AND HIGH GROUND CLEARANCE RECOMMENDED IN SNOWY CONDITIONS.

~ FISHING: Henry's Lake for fishing, boating, and other water activities is about a 12 minute drive (depending on traffic). Island Park Reservoir is also close by, only about a 30 minute drive (depending on traffic as well as where you want to cast from!)
~ GROCERIES: The nearest grocery store, Robins Roost, is about a 3 minute drive
~ PARKING: This home has a large driveway. We estimate a 24 ft trailer (unhooked) or 3 cars wide and 2 cars deep will fit.
~ SNOWMOBILING/ ATVs: Access to hundreds of miles of trails right from the front door
