Important information from 14 April 2024 our closest neighbour will build a new house it will be construction noise now and then between 09,00 to 18,00 Monday to Friday and Saturday 09,00 to 12,00!
No construction work on Sundays

Villa Beach Holiday is a luxury holiday home located in Playa del Carmen, Playacar Phase 2, about 15 minutes walk from the beach and 15 minutes walk to 5 avenue.

The house is located in a private setting surrounded by lush vegetation. The house is peaceful and quiet with a spa-like atmosphere. Enjoy the outdoor Pool surrounded with tropical plants and flowers. With 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms the villa sleeps up to 12 people.

Ground level:
- Bedroom with queen sized bed direct access to the pool.
- Living room with library and a 65" LG NanoCell smart-TV
- There is a half bathroom in the foyer.
- Laundry and dryer.
- Dining area with integrated kitchen
- Direct access to pool and outdoor area


First floor:
- Master bedroom with a king size bed and a sofa bed, ensuite bathroom and terrace overlooking the pool and gardens.

All the facilities that we show in the pictures from the Villa are for exclusive use for our guests.

We have our local staff available 24/7 in Playa Del Carmen, but I am available all the time through this page.

We loved this property

We had an excellent stay here with friends and family, including four young children. It really is a lovely place. A bit of an issue with the water pressure, so everyone had to shower in the main en suite. Also, the beach is definitely not a five minute walk since you have to walk all the way around a few resorts. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice

The property was very nice and roomy (for a group of 10). The kitchen was well equipped. The yard and pool were lovely and the wildlife (coatis, agouti, deer, lizards, birds) was friendly. Myrna was extremely responsive and helpful. A warning: as the property is on the main route through Playacar, there was a lot of noise from vehicles - day and night.

Family Christmas getaway

The check in was terrible. The address was nearly impossible to find. We contacted the pm to finally get the correct address/ location. I fell down on the step and we were not able to unlock the door 10 minutes before 1500 with my knee bleeding. The manager sent a different code 3 minutes early, but by that time I decided to just wait until 1500. The pictures were not completely accurate and the distance to beach and town were a little incorrect. The house keeper, Teresa, was amazing

Amazing property

The house is exactly as the photos present. Very clean. Myrna was very responsive and informative. We had no issues whatsoever and would definitely stay again. It is a bit of a walk to the beach but doable. Pool is fantastic and property backs onto a golf course. Overall 10/10

One word to describe my stay, Amazing!!!!

I spent two dream days in this house! the property manager is always available and super nice!! I would give more than 5 stars everywhere if I could, everything was perfect!! I hope to have the chance to come back to this magnificent house!! thank you for everything !!!
