Enjoy being located only a few yards from the community outdoor pool for refreshing evenings with your loved ones.
After a day of fun in the sun, cozy up on one of two furnished balconies that overlook the canal while sipping your favorite beverage. The condo's newly-renovated kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, ample counter space to prepare meals, and two coffee makers. Three can perch at the kitchen bar, while the dining table seats four. In the evenings, gather for board game nights or watch a movie on the living room TV. Two of the bedrooms also feature TVs, providing added entertainment before bed. Alongside kitchen upgrades, the condo's bathrooms are newly-renovated and each bedroom is equipped with new mattresses for maximum comfort.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
