The 3-room apartment is located in a multi-family house and is quiet, near the dune forest .. The beautiful wide and sandy beach can be reached easily in 400m distance. Water sports enthusiasts or those who still want to be, find in the village a surfing school. Above the beach you can take relaxed bike rides through the forest. In the village there are plenty of shopping and a variety of restaurants. Karlshagen scores with great playgrounds behind the dunes and during the holidays there are numerous events for parents and children. Karlshagen is best reached by car via Wolgast. The train station of Karlshagen is 700 meters from the apartment.

The living room and the glazed balcony invites you to linger in comfortable seating. Two bedrooms with comfortable beds guarantee you restful sleep. Large wardrobes and chests of drawers provide plenty of space for your clothes. The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped and offers a spacious deep-freeze combination. A washing machine and drying rack are available on the balcony. The bright bathroom has a shower and toilet. You have your own free parking. In the apartment may not be smoked.
