Layout:
This stunning home is comprised of 3 gorgeous levels, with a rooftop deck. There is a garage, bedroom, and en suite located on the first level. The second level is comprised of the kitchen, living room, bedroom and full bathroom. On the third level you will find the primary bedroom, bathroom with shower, and additional bedroom with en suite bathroom that also serves the rooftop deck.
Parking:
There is a two car garage and two additional guests spots are available on a first come first serve basis. Free street parking is also available if you need it.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the Nations! The formerly industrial area’s abandoned warehouses and mills with interesting architectural features have attracted craft breweries, convivial bars, unique fast-casual eateries, innovative chef-driven restaurants and art galleries to the area, serving residents and visitors alike. The Nations is one of the hottest and fastest growing neighborhoods in Nashville. Located close to downtown on the west side of Nashville.
House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
Interactions with Guests:
We are so glad you are here and we want your stay with us to be comfortable, pleasant, and memorable! Please don't hesitate to contact us for anything! We can be reached during our operation hours of 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at the number that is provided to you at check in. Please also feel free to utilize the messaging system for non-urgent requests or needs. For real though, we all live locally and are around to answer questions about the listing or to simply offer recommendations on the best mimosa for brunch.
Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.
Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.
