Layout:
This gorgeous home is four levels. The first level is the entry and garage entry, with a full bathroom and bedroom with 2 queen beds. The second level is comprised of the kitchen, large dining table and chairs, spacious living area and game area, complete with a shuffleboard. There is also a full bathroom, and a bedroom with full size bed bunks. The third level has two bedrooms with full bathrooms, and a laundry room in the hallway area. The first bedroom on this floor is the master, complete with a king bed, walk in closet and en suite bathroom. The additional bedroom has a queen bed, full bathroom, and walk in closet. Finally, the fourth level is a rooftop entertaining area that features a greenery wall, dining table, couches, lounge sun chairs/area, and a bbq cooktop area. There is a ring camera installed on this property.

The Neighborhood:
The location of this home is incredibly central to so many popular neighborhoods! Only one mile from the restaurants, shops and attractions of the West End Area, 3.5 miles to Hillsboro Village and Vandy area, 2.5 miles to the Gulch, and only 3 miles to downtown Broadway, just to name a few!
House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
Interactions with Guests:
We are so glad you are here and we want your stay with us to be comfortable, pleasant, and memorable! Please don't hesitate to contact us for anything! We can be reached during our operation hours of 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at the number that is provided to you at check in. Please also feel free to utilize the messaging system for non-urgent requests or needs. For real though, we all live locally and are around to answer questions about the listing or to simply offer recommendations on the best mimosa for brunch.
Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.
Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.
