Located in a quiet neighborhood in Carnelian Bay, there are three nearby popular California ski resorts to choose from and you are also near pleasant trails less than a few hundred yards away from the home for hiking and mountain biking in and around Watson Creek and Tahoe Cross Country Ski Trails. In fact, you will find trails from here to Tahoe City and the town of Carnelian Bay. You are only a few minutes by car from both Tahoe City and Kings Beach.

The main floor's living and kitchen area, where you will gather while indoors, has an open floor plan with all the upgraded amenities in the kitchen. In addition to the gorgeous fireplace to warm up beside, you have beautiful furnishings and decorations throughout. The expansive front deck will be a pure joy with a morning cup of coffee or good book, or for stargazing at night. There is enough seating at the dining table to accommodate 8 people for nice family meals, with three supermarkets available within 5 miles; you can stock up on your way in, for you may never want to leave!

With three separate levels of the home, you will enjoy your privacy while still enjoying the family. The top level has the spacious primary bedroom with a king-sized bed, a large bathroom with an oversized dual-head shower, a sitting area with a pull-out sofa, and an office with a full sized Murphy bed. The main floor has two additional bedrooms with a queen bed in one, and a twin over full bunk bed in the other bedroom, plus a full hallway bathroom with a shower/tub. The luxurious spa-like lowest floor features an indoor hot tub, sauna, open shower, and another full private shower.

Parking:
Parking is available for 4 cars total in the warmer months; 3 cars total during heavy winter snow. 2 cars in driveway, 2 cars in garage. No street parking is allowed per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.

* This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed at this home.
* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 8 adults.
* Use of the BBQ is not guaranteed in winter months, due to limited access.
* Like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There will be fans available for your use!
