The main floor's living and kitchen area, where you will gather while indoors, has an open floor plan with all the upgraded amenities in the kitchen. The expansive front deck will be a pure joy with a morning cup of coffee or good book, or for stargazing at night. Parking:
Parking is available for 4 cars total in the warmer months; 3 cars total during heavy winter snow. 2 cars in driveway, 2 cars in garage. No street parking is allowed per county ordinance.
Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
