Our apartment is in Überlingen-Nussdorf and offers a beautiful view over Lake Constance.
The apartment was completely renovated in 2018 and is bright and modern.
Towards the lake there is a large glass front with roof loggia.
Enjoy beautiful sunsets and unforgettable romantic evenings on our roof loggia.
Your apartment is located in a two-family house quiet but central.
The apartment has a 38 m2 living room with integrated kitchen. Two modern sofas that can be used as a sofa bed and another sofa are available.
The bedroom has a large skylight above the 180cm x 200cm bed. The apartment has a modern new bathroom and a hallway with cloakroom.
Parking in front of the house.

Tolle See-Erfahrung

Auch Ende Oktober hatten wir überwiegend trockenes Wetter und sogar ettliche Sonnenstunden. Mit der durch die Gästekarte kostenlosen Buslinie konnten wir im 15 Minutentakt am See hoch und runter fahren, das war echt perfekt. Die Wohnung ist dafür die ideale Basis. Sehr schön eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Das Gastgeber-Paar ist obendrein richtig nett und sehr hilfsbereit.

Tolle Wohnung für Bodensee-Urlaub

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und der Ausblick auf den Bodensee ein echter Mehrwert. Ruhige Lage, perfekt für den Urlaub mit dem Rad. Die E-Bikes konnten wir in der Garage abstellen und aufladen. Wir haben unser Auto 14 Tage nicht bewegt. Einkäufe und Restaurantbesuche kann man zu Fuß erledigen. Sandra und Jürgen sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem: Tipptopp!

Tolle Wohnung – nichts auszusetzen

Vielen Dank an Sandra Hämmerle-Seiler und Jürgen Seiler, die uns herzlich in Ihrer Ferienwohnung aufgenommen haben. Es fehlte an nichts – die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, so dass man an einem Regentag gerne zuhause verbringen kann und auch mal selber kocht. Wenn's mal klemmt und z.B. die Heizung ausfällt wurde zügig reagiert und der Fehler behoben. Die Ausflugs-Tipps waren sensationell. Kurz und gut: Wir freuen uns auf nächstes Mal!

Perfekte Wohnung in toller Lage!

Die Wohnung bietet einen tollen Ausblick auf den Bodensee, ist ruhig gelegen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in der Nähe, sodass die Wohnung für uns der ideale Ausgangspunkt für unsere Fahrradtouren war. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und so haben wir uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt.

Herrlicher Urlaub am Bodensee

Die Wohnung war so, wie wir sie uns vorgestellt haben - sauber, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es fehlte nichts. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Und der Blick auf den Bodensee ist traumhaft - sowohl vom Balkon aus als auch vom Eßtisch. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war einwandfrei und sehr freundlich!!! Unsere E-Bikes konnten wir sicher in der Garage unterstellen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!! LG aus Dortmund Silvia und Andreas

Top-Wohnung mit fantastischem Blick auf den Bodensee

Die moderne sehr gepflegte Wohnung liegt etwa 500m vom Bodensee-Ufer entfernt. Der Blick ist fantastisch, die Wohnung komfortabel und total ruhig. Leider Schrägen in Bad und Schlafzimmer. Weg zum See etwas steil aber geteert und gut zu gehen. Komplette Einrichtung. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Unsere Empfehlung!!!

Topeingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit Blick auf den Bodensee

Großzügige, gut eingerichtete und picobello saubere Ferienwohnung. Nettes Vermieterehepaar wohnt im gleichen Haus. Der Bodensee ist in fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit der "Bodenseecard", die man für die Kurtaxe bekommt, kann man mit dem Bus alles kostenlos erreichen.

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung mit direktem Blick auf den Bodensee

Die hübsche, geschmackvolle und sehr gepflegte Ferienwohnung im Dachgeschoss des Einfamilienhauses der Vermieter liegt im ruhigen Ortsteil Nußdorf in Überlingen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön renoviert und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Schon beim Betreten des Wohnzimmers genießt man einen phantastischen Blick auf den Bodensee. Bäckerei, Bioladen im Ort, Supermarkt am Bahnhof. Die Wohnung ist ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Fahrradtouren rund um den Bodensee und ins Hinterland. Der persönliche Empfang und die Schlüsselübergabe durch die Vermieter verliefen sehr nett und komplikationslos. Liebes Ehepaar Hämmerle-Seiler, wir danken Ihnen herzlich für Ihre sehr persönliche Gastfreundschaft. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Ihnen sehr genossen.

The perfect place

Wunderbare Auszeit am Bodensee

Geniale Unterkunft

Super saubere Wohnung mit traumhaftem Blick auf den Bodensee. Die Gastgeber sind sehr um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht. Toll gefallen hat uns auch der angebotene Service für Radfahrer. Werkzeug und Luftpumpen waren ebenso vorhanden wie eine Lademöglichkeit für den Accu. Die Räder konnten in einer Garage abgestellt werden.

Schöner Ausblick!

Wir haben ein paar schöne Tage in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Ausstattung und Aussicht sind sehr gut, auch der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war bestens. Hier kann man viele Dinge erleben, und das Schwimmen im Bodensee hat uns gut getan. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Fewo Zum Zander 4 Nussdorf

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage mit einer tollen Aussicht über den Bodensee mit entspannten und freundlichen Vermietern. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit, die leider zu schnell um war.
