A small oasis near the city perfect for the short trip

Small but nice - this cozy 1-room apartment invites couples, friends or colleagues to linger. On 34 sqm you get the relaxation you need for your short break in Lüneburg.

The 1-room apartment with kitchenette is equipped for 2 people. It has a dining area, a living and sleeping area with modern furnishings, a daylight bathroom with shower and toilet. Cooking and eating utensils, microwave, stove, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, iron and ironing board, flat screen TV, board games, books and hair dryer are available. W-Lan inclusive. Towels, bed linen and final cleaning are included in the price. Pets are not allowed. Smoking in the apartment and throughout the building is prohibited.

Our apartments are located in the 1. Stock of a storage building rebuilt in 2010 in the Speicherquartier Lüneburg, whose character was preserved during the renovation. The building also houses the STOREHOUSE Coffee Shop & Bistro. You have the possibility to use the offer of breakfast, lunch, coffee and cake during the opening hours.

Public, free parking is available in front of the building. The house also has an elevator.

The Speicherquartier is centrally located in the Hanseatic city of Lüneburg. Quiet and green, it is only a few minutes walk to the city center, the train station and various shops. The connection to the HVV, it is by train or by car not far to Hamburg.

Klein aber fein!
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Das Apartment ist zwar klein, aber stilvoll eingerichtet und vor allem sauber. Man ist in 10-15 min zu Fuß in der Stadt. Toll ist auch der Stellplatz für das Auto direkt vor der Tür! Wir werden ganz sicher wiederkommen!

Wir hatten ein tolles Wochenende in Lüneburg. Danke für eine sehr gepflegte Ferienwohnung mit toller Ausstattung, Parkplatz vor der Haustür und in guter Lage zur Altstadt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Der Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war sehr angenehm, die Stadt Lüneburg hat uns begeistert. Auch hat uns die Nähe zu Hamburg überrascht, mit dem ICE fuhren wir in einer halben Stunde sehr preiswert hin.

Die Unterkunft war einfach zu finden. Aufgrund der Nähe zur Altstadt kann man das Auto getrost stehen lassen und die Umgebung gut zu Fuß erkunden. Das Appartement war bei Bezug sauber und ist zweckdienlich ohne große Deko, aber dennoch gemütlich eingerichtet. Kleinere Abnutzungserscheinungen sind in Bad und Küchenzeile bei genauerem Hinsehen sichtbar. Schmälern aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und würden wieder buchen.

Absolut ruhige Lage in Bahnhofsnähe. Alles was man braucht, befindet sich im Appartement - sogar ein Bügeleisen mit Bügelbrett!!! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Lovely apartment
We enjoyed our stay here! The temperature was very warm outside so we needed a fan, which the owner supplied quickly. The location is not as close to city center as I would’ve liked, but it is easily walkable and close to a Rewe. The neighborhood is very nice. Note that shampoo and body wash are not furnished. We enjoyed playing games with the game set in the apartment. It was a great little home away from home.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt
Ein schönes und originelles Apartment in einem ehemalgen Speicher, sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Ein Café ist gleich nebenan und auch die Kulturbäckerei, in der wir uns die Ausstellung des stern-Fotografen Robert Lebenck angesehen haben. Trotz Fußverletzung war ich in 20 Minuten am Salzkran, mitten im Alststadt-Zentrum. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Unterkunft Lüneburg nur zu empfehlen
Die Wohnung liegt leicht abseits von jedem Trubel und sehr Ruhig . Die Wohnung selbst war sehr ordentlich und Gemütlich , und entsprach zu 100 % auch der Beschreibung . Man kann dort auch in aller Ruhe spazieren gehen . Einkaufszentrum liegt ca 2 km von Wohnung entfernt , Rossmann , Aldi , Edeka eine Bank und Apotheke . Ich würde jedem die Wohnung für 2 Personen aufjedenfall empfehlen und komme gerne wieder .
