Our beautiful apartment is only 300 meters from one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Spain.
The apartment can be used by up to 5 people.

Un buen lugar para descansar

Por mi parte muy bien , la casa es pequeña pero muy bonita y aconera te adaptas bien . Esta apartada pero vas a la playa en 10 minutos andando y es una playa preciosa con un precioso amanecer...te enamorará .Petra la dueña vive ahí al lado , para mí como una gran persona y atenta ,una maravilla de mujer que puedes contar con ella para lo que necesites ahí está . El aire acondicionado son 5 horas al días .. pero te da sobra , yo por lo menos he ido a hacer turismo y hemos estado agusto en casa tiene unos ventiladores que te dan fresquito y se está bien , la zona es fresca y corre aire . Y en esa terraza se está de muerte .. es un lugar muy acogedor y gracias por todo Petra seguramente que volveré a verte 💋

Sauber und familiär

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Oliva. Petra hat uns gut umsorgt und darauf geachtet, dass es uns an nichts fehlt. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und die schön angelegte Anlage mit Garten und aufgebautem Pool lädt zum Verweilen ein. Es geht familiär zu, also ideal für Leute mit Kindern. Diese werden herzlich empfangen und können ruhig laut sein und Ball spielen ist möglich :) Dass die Küche für 4 Erwachsene etwas klein ist, wurde gut gelöst, indem wir den Kühlschrank der unteren Küche mitnutzen durften und uns eine elektrische große Pfanne gegeben wurde. Danke für alles!

ESPANTOSO

El apartamento está ubicado en la buhardilla de la casa de los propietarios. No es una casa para 5 personas si no para 4, tiene solo dos camas de matrimonio y todo bastante pequeño. La cocina es únicamente un mueble y los enseres de la misma están debajo de la pila porque no hay literalmente sitio donde ponerlos. La luz de la terraza no funcionaba y tuvimos que utilizarla a oscuras, la propietaria lo sabía y no hizo nada al respecto.La televisión es solo en alemán y tampoco funcionaba. La piscina es una pequeña de plástico. En el anuncio no dice que el jardín y la piscina se comparte con los propietarios y que tienen instalado en el un barra de bar y permanecen todo el día allí con sus amigos. Cuidado con el aire acondicionado, porque te lo cobran a parte si lo utilizas. Tienen instalado un contador que se supone que es solo para el aire, pero no te dicen a cuánto te van a cobrar el kw. La propietaria está siempre vigilando a ver qué haces y su trato en general no fue nada apropiado. La propiedad está aislada y no tiene nada cerca… Jamás volvería ni lo recomiendo a nadie.

Ausgezeichnete schöne Wohnung .

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Alles was man braucht ist da: gut ausgestattet,viel Platz. Terrasse und Garten. Das Meer und super Strand nebenan. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder.

Muy tranquilo, ideal para descansar

El apartamento está situado en la parte de arriba de un chalet, en una zona muy tranquila donde descansar, cerca de la playa. Las habitaciones son muy grandes cada una con su baño completo, TV (solo en alemán), lámparas con ventilador y ventanas con mosquiteras. La terraza también muy grande con toldo. Todo el apartamento muy limpio y cuidado, incluida la piscina y el jardín. Muy buena atención por parte de Petra.

HORROROSO

El chalet está muy bien solo que no hay intimidad. Está en una zona muy lejana del centro y a todas horas es preciso llamar a taxis, y la mitad no quieren ni recogernos en esa zona. Muy lejos de la playa, se te van 15 minutos de ida y otros 15 de vuelta. Petra en un principio era maja, pero enseguida se puso de mal humor con nosotras sin razón ninguna. Además, aprovechó para subir a nuestro alojamiento sin estar nosotras y tomar fotos de todo diciendo que era un desastre, pues es normal que en plenas vacaciones no nos apetezca recoger a todas horas y prefiramos recoger el último dia y dejarlo todo tal cual estaba. Además nos ha culpado de romper unas sillas, cuando la mitad ya estaban rotas al llegar. Y así multitud de cosas más... MUY DECEPCIONANTE.

Hübsche Ferienwohnung mit wunderschöner Dachterrasse

Die Wohnung ist super sauber und frisch renoviert mit einer großen Dachterrasse und Blick in den liebevoll angelegten Garten. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, der wunderschöne Strand ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Gastgeberin ist äußerst zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

Wunderschön

Unser Urlaub war wie erwartet wunderschön. Herzlich aufgenommen in geschmackvoll eingerichteten und sehr sauberen Feriendomizil konnten wir einen traumhaften Urlaub verbringen. Die Vermieter unkompliziert und stets mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehend und verwöhnt bei einem gemeinsamen Paellaabend. Da unweit von Strand und Campingplätzen war alles zu Fuß erreichbar, was das Herz begehrt. Rundum gelungen und sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Mignon logement au calme et près de la plage.

Appartement tout confort au 1 er étage d’une maison situé au calme, près des plages( environ 10 mn à pied) Les propriétaires sont très sympas, vous distillent pleins de bon conseils, surtout pour nous qui sommes venus avec une remorque chargée de 3 motos pour naviguer pendant notre séjour ! Ce sont eux même des motards, vous pouvez les solliciter aussi pour des ballades à motos( je ne connais pas les modalités pour ce service mais ils ont un site : www.iron-horse-tours.com) Petra et Horst les propriétaires Allemands sont très sympas, nous ne parlons pas allemand et eux ne parlent pas Français, donc on a fait chacun avec nos connaissances en Anglais et en Espagnol pour échanger, c’etait de bons moments ! Je pense que nous reviendrons pour le souvenir des bons moments avec Petra et Horst ainsi que pour la région (plages, montagne, Valencia proche ...)

Es un apartamento nuevo que está muy bien y al detalle.con una buena terraza,bien situado

La verdad es k se está muy bien lejos del bullicio pero bien situado.petra y su marido son simpáticos y agradables y están atentos para lo que necesites.la propiedad está muy bien y están construyendo nuevas estancias que sin duda quedarán estupendas..
