Kick back and catch your favorite shows on the Smart TV, set up with high-speed internet and easy access to Netflix and Hulu (just log into your personal accounts). The cozy sofa also converts into a queen-size sleeper, comfortably accommodating two additional guests.

Each of the two bedrooms is designed for restful nights, featuring plush queen-size beds, multiple pillows, and hotel-quality linens. Luggage stands and spacious closets are available, so you can fully unpack and feel at home.
The primary bedroom offers a private en suite bathroom and an additional seating area with a comfortable couch.
Bathrooms:
This unit features two full bathrooms, each equipped with a shower/tub combination and stocked with Tommy Bahama luxury bath products — including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. Each guest will receive a large bath towel and washcloth, with additional hand towels and dark makeup towels thoughtfully provided for your convenience. A hairdryer is also available.

The 39th St Den is located in a charming, historic building full of original character. As a lower-level unit, guests may occasionally hear footsteps or creaking from the upstairs unit. We mention this in advance to ensure complete transparency and set the right expectations for your stay.

Uber is always a great resource for transportation and you can get to most places in Kansas City within 20 minutes from this location. The property is also only 10 minutes away from Union Station where you can catch the KC Streetcar for FREE!

This protection plan is $45 for all stays under 29 nights, and is included in the cost of your booking. Stays 30-59 nights will be required to pay an additional insurance premium of $305 directly on our website. Stays longer than 59 nights will be separately charged for damage protection extension at the rate of $130/30 days. Please note, guest screening is also required for any bookings made through VRBO or direct. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted by Safely to complete an identity verification before your reservation date for any direct or VRBO bookings.
* PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 10, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.
* PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet and $100 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet host provides dog bag stations). There is not a fenced yard but the area is perfect for walking!
*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
