Disfrutamos mucho estar en laterraza debajo de la sombra de sus palmeras. El piso tiene aire condicionado en la habitacion pero cerrando todo tambien es capaz de enfriar el resto lo suficiente. La cocina esta equipada con lo esencial para cocinar (dos fogones). La ubicacion esta bien ya que esta un poco alejado de los hoteles pero tb cerca de las calas. No teniamos problema para enontrar un parking cerca de la casa. Se agradece la lavadora (comun). El pueblo en si no ofrece demasiado al menos que uno solo quiere playa. Por un error en el anuncio (se ponia 100 mbs) esperabamos un WiFi mejor ya que teniamos que atender el trabajo, pero el señal no era suficiente ya que el router esta situado en el piso arriba y se comparte con los demas. El anuncio se ha actualizado, pero hay que tenerlo en cuenta por si uno depende de ello hasta que se hagan mejoras al respecto. Por ultimo, no se nos ha dado llave para cerrar la puerta que da accesso a la terraza y asi la puerta de accesso al piso es solo la de la terraza (cristal). Resumiendo: POS: Genial para parejas que buscan una alternativa a los hoteles, cerca de playa y equipado con lo necesario para pasarselo bien. NEG: 1. WiFi no apto para trabajar en linea. 2. El separador de la terraza permite ver a los vecinos ya que hay huecos en el. No es gran cosa, pero seria facil aumentar la privacidad como punto de mejora.

Schöner Urlaubsabschluss im schönen Apartment

Wir sind in die Unterkunft gekommen und wären am liebsten direkt dort eingezogen. Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt und sofort bereut nur 5 Nächte gebucht zu haben. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, alles funktioniert einwandfrei und man hat ausreichend Platz. Die Kommunikation wahr sehr nett und unkompliziert. Die Lage ist super und man findet meistens auch einen Parkplatz in der Nähe. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.

A la découverte de Majorque !

Nous nous sommes installés à Cala Sant Vicenç, un endroit calme, proche des jolies criques. Nous sommes venu avec notre Zodiac, amarré au port de Pollença. Nous avons pu faire des ballades et plongées sous-marine dans les jolies calanques du cap Formentor. L'appartement Diana D est parfait pour un petit séjour à deux, tranquille avec sa petite terrasse.

Ordentlich aber spartanisch

Sehr hellhörige Wohnung, sehr spartanische und auch alte Einrichtung, WLAN ungenügend. Die Lage im Ort ist fantastisch und wenn man sich größtenteils außerhalb aufhält kann man einen schönen Urlaub genießen. Nochmals buchen würde ich es aber nicht.

Simple and convenient

The studio was ideal for us - we just wanted an easy, quiet week in the sun and near the sea. It was heaven to be able to walk to 2 beaches within 5 minutes.

Mostly a nice place

Nice apartment overall, clean and quite spacious, with a fair size patio. 30 concrete stairs down to the property and the patio is pretty much shaded by trees, so not good for sunbathing. Inside the beds are comfortable with plenty of linnin and the shower and toilet are good.In the kitchen the fridge is good and it has a small 2 ring hob and a microwave crockery/cutlery and utensils are very sparce. I feel if they informed people about the stairs and cut the trees back supplied an egg slice, a wooden spoon and a few other bits would be much better

Wohnung und Lage ok

Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung Diana D war in Ordnung. Das Apartment heizt sich leider sehr schnell auf. Man hat etwas das Gefühl, die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Kuhle, in der die Luft sehr steht. Ohne Klimaanlage lässt es sich kaum schlafen. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung gut ausgestattet, aber das WLAN funktioniert leider nur unterdurchschnittlich, im Schlafzimmer oft gar nicht. Leider hatten wir zweimal einen Besuch von kleineren Tierchen, die wir entfernen mussten. Der Strand und der Pool sind gut erreichbar und bieten eine gute Möglichkeit sich zu erfrischen. Beim nahegelegenen (kleinen) Supermarkt findet man alles, was man zum Frühstück und Mittag-/Abendessen braucht. Hat man Pech mit den Nachbarn obendrüber, kann man Sie sehr gut und lange hören. Im Ort selber gibt es jetzt nicht viele Möglichkeiten, was Restaurants oder Freizeitaktivitäten angeht. Insgesamt ist das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ok.

Plus: sehr gemütlich, sauber, Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind optimal für 2,3 Pax, nahgelegen an 2 Stränden, WLAN funktioniert konstant, Klimaanlage bei der Hitze -eine Rettung. Falls kein Auto gemietet ist, kann man mit Bus alles erreichen (Zahlung des Tickets günstiger mit EC Karte), ein Paar Restaurants -nah. 2 Supermärkte. Im Dorf ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Neben Touristen Informationen befindet sich ein Pinienpark. Minus: Völlig abhängig von den Nachbarn, da wegen stufenartigen Bau das Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer sich genau unter der Terrasse von oberem Appartement befindet. Mann hört jede Bewegung wenn die Nachbarn ihre Stühle, Liegen und den Tisch nach der Sonne richten, d h über die Terrasse schieben. Unterhalb des Apt läuft eine Baustelle. Also die zum apt gehörige Terrasse ist eben dann auch nicht in Ruhe zu nutzen, eventuell an Siesta Zeiten und abends. Sonst alle Kontakte zu Vermieterin- gut

Für eine kurze Zeit ok

Geräumig, praktisch, gut gelegen. Leider war die Ausstattung etwas dürftig - kein Schneidebrett, kaputte Nachttischlampe, schlechtes WLan. Für ein paar Tage völlig ok, für einen längeren Aufenthalt weniger.

we arrived 1 am and found the appt very sparce we had no outside light which i reported but nothing was done we paid for cleaners but never arrived also we had no clean bed linen for the complete holiday . I would like a rebate for the above.

Beau séjour

Appartement agréable avec une belle terrasse ombragée appréciable et bien situé pour visiter le nord de Majorque. Mériterait peut-être d’avoir quelques équipements supplémentaires du type petit parasol pour la plage,, petit nécessaire de cuisine ( sel, poivre, huile.. ) et quelques boites alimentaires pour pouvoir se préparer des pique-nique, lorsque , comme nous, on adore partir randonner à la journée…

Wonderfully isolated

The property and Cala st vincent were the perfect vacation spot. Beautiful apartment for two people and close to everything, loved the location. The only downside (warning for future tenants) was the wifi connection, but it was also a blessing. The poor wifi allowed us to be less on the phones but did bother us when we wanted to stream a movie at night. Overall, 5 stars and would come back. Thank you very much!!!

Ruhig gelegen bietet das Appartement den idealen Ausgangspunkt für einen entspannten Urlaub. Auch zu dritt kann man es gut aushalten. Ausstattung wie beschrieben. Kommunikation im Vorfeld und vor Ort sehr gut. Etwas Abzug gibt es für die fehlende Klimaanlage (war bekannt, aber im Hochsommer bringen 2 Standventilatoren leider nicht viel). Ansonsten alles prima.

Absolut zu empfehlen

Für 2 Personen sehr geräumig, schön ruhig gelegen, auf der wirklich großen Terrasse gibt es jederzeit ein schattiges Plätzchen. - Supermarkt fußläufig zu erreichen - Unkomplizierter Check-In und Check-Out.

Toller Urlaub

Nicht empfehlenswert!

Die Wohnung könnte wirklich nett sein. Gut gelegen in einem kleinen ruhigen Ort an der Küste und an sich gut ausgestattet. Leider lassen Hygiene und Sauberkeit arg zu wünschen übrig. Ich war da im Mai - als erster Gast nach der Winterpause. Schon beim Betreten der Wohnung schlug mir ein sehr muffiger, unangenehmer Geruch entgegen, der sich auch mit Dauerlüften nicht gegeben hat - auch nach mehreren Tagen nicht. Sämtliche Ablageflächen waren mit einer feinen Staubschicht bedeckt und vor meiner Ankunft ganz offensichtlich nicht mehr abgewischt worden. Bettwäsche und Handtücher rochen so muffig wie das gesamte Appartement und schienen schon länger (womöglich den ganzen Winter über) so dazuliegen. Den in die Wand eingebauten Schlafzimmerschrank konnte ich überhaupt nicht benutzen, da der schlechte Geruch dort am schlimmsten war. Hinzugesellt haben sich in den folgenden Tagen Kakerlaken in Bad + Küche. Die einzige Lösung des Reinigungspersonals war der Hinweis, alle Öffnungen abzudecken, was bei senkrechten Überlaufschlitzen im Waschbecken nun aber leider schlecht möglich ist. Daher hatte ich dann regelmäßig ungebetene Gäste. Durch Zufall habe ich schließlich den Grund des muffigen Geruchs im Appartement gefunden: Schimmel im Schlafzimmer!! Nicht auf den ersten Blick sichtbar, da die entsprechende Wand in kräftigem Orange gestrichen war. Aber sichtbar an der hölzernen Rückwand des Nachtschränkchens neben meinem Bett - diese war großflächig von Schimmel befallen... Die Kontaktperson, (man hat mit ihr allerdings nur Mailkontakt), war sonst im Vorfeld immer sehr schnell mit ihren Mails, v.a. wenn es um finanzielles ging, reagierte aber prompt nicht mehr, als ich sie auf die Missstände des Appartements aufmerksam machte und höflich nach der Möglichkeit eines Appartementwechsels fragte. Hatte mich dann dazu durchgerungen, mir eine andere Unterkunft in Port d'Alcudia zu suchen, was sich als beste Entscheidung überhaupt herausstellte - dort war es sauber, ohne Kakerlaken und schlechte Gerüche - und ich konnte endlich anfangen mich wirklich zu erholen. Ach so, WLAN funktioniert nur auf der Terrasse und der beschriebene Pool befindet sich ein ganzes Stück entfernt auf einem anderen Grundstück. Also, wer immer diesen Kommentar rechtzeitig findet: Bitte nicht von den Fotos täuschen lassen! Lieber ein bisschen mehr Geld in die Hand nehmen und von Anfang an entspannt in den Urlaub starten in einer Unterkunft, die der Gesundheit nicht schadet!
