The space
Step into convenience at our ground-floor gem in a 5-story haven—no more hauling luggage up stairs! Find a Valenbisi bike station 2 blocks away for swift exploration. Take a virtual tour on YouTube: "Best VLC Flat#1." Your bedroom boasts a spacious closet and personal AC/Heating units. The living area flaunts a comfy sofa bed, immersive AC/Heating, surround sound, and a 55" LED TV with Netflix & Amazon TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the terrace dazzles with original Valencian tiles and Art Deco seating. Your comfort, our priority.

Other things to note:
•Late check out fee is a full day rate or at host's discretion.
•There is a security camera in the entrance area.
•Visitors are not allowed. Any undisclosed visitor will be counted as a guest and additional fee applies.
•Events & Parties: €25 per attendee per day.
•Oven is not part of the amenity list.
•All TVs have online streaming no cable.

Furry Friends: Bring along your furry friend! Just make sure they hang out in a crate when you're out, and we'd love to see a picture of their cozy spot before you arrive. Only one pet per reservation.
Check-Out Grace: Late check-out? We're here for you! Just remember it comes with an extra day's rate.
Inviting Guests: Friends are welcome, but please let us know who's coming. Visitors/friends count as guests, and extra fees apply, 30 per night per visitor..
Sharing is Caring (not here): Keep check-in info and booking details within the group. Sharing outside of the reservation will lead to cancellation, sadly sans refund.
Caring for Linens: If any towels or linens take a hit, we'll need to deduct $10 each from the deposit.
Trash Talk: For stays 3 days or more, kindly take your garbage to the curb.
Pest-Free Vibes: Store your treats in the kitchen cabinets, keeping the pests away. If we need to call in the exterminator post-checkout, the cost's on us – well, you know what we mean.
Fresh Air Zone: No smoking in or near the house, please. If we catch any unwanted odors, a $200 cleaning fee might come knocking.

Why they chose this property

The Cabanyal is a Protected Historic Site from Valencia, declared of Cultural Interest in 1993. This district belonged to fisherman some decades ago. Nowadays is a nice, quiet and secure neighborhood with a great life throughout the day and night.
The apartment is well located, near all sorts of shops, bars, and restaurants. Check my guide, I have personally visited each place in the neighborhood if a place is not on my list it's because it's new or it wasn't up to standards.
Every Thursday there's a famous street market.
