This Stylish 2BR, 1BA suite sits RIGHT on the cricket slope in the Doc Maynard Building, right across from Village Center. All the convenience without the bustle. Nothing better. It also comes with its own private parking in front with gate. This large 900 sq ft condo features brand new decor, & sleeps up to 8 with a queen, four bunk beds and a pull out sofa. You will LOVE Jiminy any season!

The Neighborhood:
Right on the Cricket Slope - Walk out the door and right on the mountain. No need to lug skis anywhere. Beginners will also love you are right in same building as ski school.

Unbelievable location and perfect location to ski /out!

Super convenient - just steps to the lift, right in the middle of resort. Can walk to lifts, the lodge ski school and restaurants. Condo has everything you need for for fun family weekend!Teen boys had lots of freedom and could come And go for night skiing on their own!Def renting from Howie again!!

Great Jiminy Peak Location

My family had a great ski weekend at Howard’s place. Everything was as described and the location could not be beat! Howard was an excellent host - super communicative and very prompt in responding to the few questions we had. We would absolutely stay here again.

La suit de Howard es increíble. Está a unos pasos de las pistas de sky y tiene una hermosa vista a una de ellas. La propiedad está totalmente remodelada y tiene todo lo necesario para una cómoda estancia. La cocina es muy espaciosa y tiene electrodomésticos modernos. Sin duda volvería a alojarme en esta propiedad. Es la mejor suit en la que he estado en Jiminy Peak!

Wonderful Place!

We had a lovely time at this large and welcoming condo. It was easy to find, had all the amenities we needed and was just the perfect place for an off-season get away. Would easily re-book at any time during the year.

Family Ski Trip

We had a great experience. The property was clean, updated, and the owner was a pleasure to deal with. The location couldn’t have been better. We were able to walk to dinner after an awesome day of skiing.

Late Summer Getaway

My twin girls and I came up for a short weekend getaway as part of our annual visit to Jiminy. We enjoyed our stay very much; the condo was very clean, with a well-appointed kitchen. The location was perfect for us, close to the Mountain Adventure Park and with an outdoor pool adjacent to the building. Great location, easy check-in and check-out, with a very personable host, Howard.

Easter Family Visit

We enjoyed our stay it is convenient to everything at the resort. The resort was closed for season however there was an instructional class for the North East operating chair lifts. We were lucky to have the Tavern open Sunday-Wednesday. Definitely beats staying at a hotel!

Family Ski Trip

We had an excellent three-night stay at Howie’s property right at the base of Jiminy Peak. Howie was quick to respond to any questions and sent out a detailed welcome email. The condo has everything needed for a comfortable stay, including plenty of blankets, pillows, towels, fans, etc. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. The location cannot be beat right off Cricket Lift. We have stayed at Jiminy before and this was our favorite place. We will certainly look to rent again when we return.

Wonderful experience right on the mountain at Jiminy Peak. The owner’s emails and follow ups were lovely, and it was so nice to feel he was accessible if needed - which he wasn’t, because it was all so great!

Convenient Condo on the Slopes

We had an amazing time skiing with our kids. The condo is close to everything: bunny slopes, ski rentals and lessons. It couldn’t have made things any easier. The wood fire place is also and added bonus. Highly recommend this unit! 5 stars!

Cozy and convenient

Our family of 4 stayed at this property and we all had an excellent time. The location was perfect. Ski off right to the cricket chair. Short walk to everything Jiminy has to offer. We loved the open layout of the condo. We enjoyed prepping meals in the kitchen while the kids played games or watched tv by the wood burning fireplace, and then all settle down for a meal at the table after a day of skiing. We would definitely stay here again.

Location location

This property was clean and cozy and very spacious. It was very tastefully decorated. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The location could not be beat. Easy access , ski in/out, to slopes. Close to the village for shopping coffee shop and restaurant's. A full vacation experience with easy check in and out and great parking!

Amazingly Timed Fall Weekend

We had a wonderful trip. The host was very responsive, he recommended activities (13 nights, which was terrifying, but great), and when I lost the details for accessing the room, he graciously sent them again immediately. Convenient parking, the apartment has a lovely view of the slopes to watch the sun rise over the slopes and it was stylish, well appointed and comfortable. We have stayed at Jiminy many times, but it was the first time in this place but we would welcome the chance to return to this particular property. - This also happened to be the perfect weekend for the leaves changing. Absolutely beautiful.

Comfortable condo in well-maintained complex

We enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again in the future. The condo was as described and we had no issues. The location was great; tucked away in the mountains but only a short drive to Pittsfield.

Great stay for ESC downhill bike race

Howard the host was so accommodating to our needs, with a very early check in and a late check out which was incredibly helpful on race day before a long ride home. The location was great, right on the mountain, and the outdoor pool was nice and warm! We will definitely be back!

Sisters get-together

Four adult sisters met up for a get-together. Nice get away to catch up after COVID restrictions. Condo was well equipped and met our needs for a short stay. Great location even though we spent most of our time "catching up" on site. Note: Upper bunk beds have an 80 lb. limit. Helpful to know in advance since one teen granddaughter was thinking of visiting.

Why they chose this property

The property is right on the mountain! Right next to village center, near everything. Summer or winter just walk outside and there you are are. Brand new unit, brand new decor. Nothing not to like.
