The holiday villa with pool and tower room is located near Sta. Eulalia on a slope on a 5000 m2 enclosed property in the midst of a Mediterranean garden and overlooking a green valley, quiet but with good road access. The houses of the adjacent neighboring properties are further away. The property is not visible.
The beach of Cala Llonga is 1.5 km, the beach of Sta. Eulalia about 2 km away. The property is accessible via an electric gate and has ample parking for several cars.
The house has about 250 m2 of living space with several terraces, pool (about 4 x 10 m) with wtl. Pool service and covered barbeque.
