In the midst of a coastal grove, just a few meters from the beach, is our "dune 74" with four new apartments and a holiday apartment.

Our apartment with approximately 150 m² on two levels, offers families and couples with up to 8 people enough space for a holiday together, without having to give up the personal space.
In total there are three bedrooms and two living areas.
Via the spacious entrance area with cloakroom and shoe rack you enter the first level of the apartment. On this is the light-flooded main living area, high quality and lovingly furnished, with a large living area and tasteful interior. A wooden fireplace enchants the house, especially in the cooler season, to a place of warmth and well-being. Equipped with a large LCD TV and a radio, this place invites you to linger together. An adjoining dining area leads through an open access directly into the modern, fully equipped kitchen, which is designed by ourselves and coordinated in every detail. Especially amateur cooks, this kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, in addition to an induction cooker is even a warming compartment with plate warmer available!
The highlight, however, is our spa with its floor-level shower and sauna. The joint celebration of sauna evenings exudes a touch of luxury and offers you a level of relaxation that you will remember for a long time to come.
Next to this is another luxurious bathroom on this floor, which in addition to another floor-level shower, also has a bath.
Two large furnished terraces, accessible from the kitchen in a north-easterly direction as well as from the living area in a south-westerly direction, allow you to fully enjoy the numerous hours of sunshine on the island of Usedom and to replenish the reserves of vitamin D.
The lower level of the apartment finally complete two separate bedrooms before going up the stairs.
On the second level is the third bedroom of the apartment and another living room, the cozy sofa bed can be folded out with a few simple steps to a full-size double bed and thus can be used as needed as the fourth bedroom. All bedrooms have a double bed, large wardrobes and an LCD TV.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.
Also in the cultural and culinary well-being will not be missing in the "dune 74".

In our café our guests have the possibility to have breakfast and to enjoy specialties from the confectionery.
