This oceanfront cottage boasts breathtaking views right on the beautiful beach of Casuarina Point. "Sunrise Cottage" is one of two units in this beach front duplex and has been recently updated for a bright coastal feel. Fall asleep to the sound of waves and spend your days in the sun and sand. We can connect you with local guides for deep sea or bone fishing, and are happy to share our favorite bars, restaurants, and day trip ideas to fill your days before your return to secluded Casuarina.

Abaco Beach Resort

We had a wonderful stay at Sunrise Cottage. The space was comfy and provided all the amenities needed for a week’s stay. Communication was top notch and provided for easy check in. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this location for a visit to Abaco Island!

Great Stay!

Wonderful way to find Peace and Relaxation. Annie gave great trip advice, places to see and go.. if in need of something. Like Snorkel gear! Accommodations were clean and bed was Very comfortable. Casuarina Point was delightful!!

Relaxing and well-equipped

Sunrise Cottage is the right side of a duplex (when you are looking at the photo). It is part of Abaco Beachfront rentals, which consists of Sunrise and Sunset cottages, and the larger Fish Tales and Beachcomber single units. Causarina Point is secluded and has a beautiful beach. It’s about a 25 minute drive to Marsh Harbour. Marsh Harbour is one of the larger Bahamas towns we have seen, so we are glad to be away from that but close enough to go to restaurants and grocery stores. Kellie and the local managers were amazing, checking in almost daily. We met lovely people in the neighboring cottages. Sunrise has been recently renovated and is well equipped with paper goods, coffee, spices, shampoo, etc. Most other places we have stayed in the past on various Out Islands were not equipped with more than one roll of TP! We enjoyed the beach and kayaks, went bonefishing, and explored Elbow Cay by ferry. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Spot

This is a beautiful property and well maintained with thoughtful amenities like shampoo and soap which is not always found in the Bahamas. Great beach and beautiful sunsets. Annie was great at checking to make sure we had no issues with the property. Its remote but we loved that!

Carefree

Stayed here with two friends on a fishing trip. The hostess was available via text and phone. Annie the onsite manager made sure the cottage was clean when we arrived. It was refreshing to know that the owners cared for their guests comfort and had what we needed to make our stay enjoyable

Abaco

We have traveled to Cherokee Sound several times and very much enjoyed the beach & ocean. Our family has grown and we needed an extra bedroom thus the 2nd rental. It was close and worked out great.
