Cozy furnished on 43 m², the 2 bedroom apartment Koje 117 offers an immediate holiday feeling on the beautiful Baltic Sea. The near beach location convinces especially ambitious beach vacationers. The promenade invites you with numerous cafes and restaurants to a culinary delight and the Niendorf harbor for a walk to unwind. The Baltic Sea is only about 20 meters from the apartment.
Season beach chair included
On the opposite, sandy Niendorfer Baltic Sea beach is available during the beach basket season (weather permitting) from May to September a beach chair free of charge. It can be selected whether it is placed on the dog beach or on the normal beach.
Swimming pool and sauna included
Wellness and bathing fun directly in the neighboring house: The guests have free access to a heated indoor swimming pool and a sauna.
Dog friendly
Of course you should not miss your faithful four-legged friend even on holiday. The beautiful beach promenade invites you to extensive Gassi tours. Timmendorfer beach, Niendorf and Scharbeutz / Haffkrug have beautiful dog beaches, where your dog can let off steam.

The furnished balcony can be reached via the living room. From here you can catch a glimpse of the Baltic Sea. The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The separate bedroom has an orthopedic box spring bed (1.80 width) and a large built-in wardrobe with plenty of storage space. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Washer and dryer can be used for a fee in the house.

Entertainment in the evening: 2 LED TV's invite you to long TV nights. Free Wi-Fi access and a stereo with USB / AUX connection are also part of the entertainment.

In order to park safely and without a traffic ticket, you have your own underground parking space right under the house for your car (maximum clearance of 1.80 m). Furthermore, there is a bicycle storage in the house where you can park your bikes safely and dry.
