The ca 86 sqm attic apartment is located in the 2nd. Floor of a beautiful apartment building in a quiet location with mountain views. The entire apartment was furnished in April 2018 high quality and fully equipped for holiday rental.
There is a new fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer available. A fast internet connection and a large screen TV are available. The large living room has a designer outdoor area and a massive large wooden table with real leather bench.
Whether summer or winter holiday, we have made sure that you can enjoy your stay in our apartment.
The tourist tax is included in the price. Each guest receives a guest card, with which you can drive for free bus and receive further reductions.

Good base for exploring the area

This is a nice property. Directions and access were clear and easy. One of the biggest benefits is that it has a washer and dryer within the unit. That makes it so much easier than just being in the building. The unit is on the top floor and unfortunately it was super hot when we were there and like most properties there is no AC--hot air rises so top floors with no AC when hot can be a challenge. Fortunately, it did cool down at night when we went to sleep. Another challenge was that the next door neighbor would smoke late at night and this permeated to the adjacent bedroom. I wish Europe would do smoke free properties like in the US. We ended up sleeping in the other bedroom and on the couch. The property was a good base for exploring the area and there is a lot to do. We should have booked for a day or so longer. Overall, we would reccomend the property.

Kurztrip in die Berge

Wunderschöne Gegend, tolle Wanderungen bei bestem Wetter. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Kleine Anmerkung zur Verbesserung: Die Küchenausstattung sollte um eine Mikrowelle und um ein Regal zur Ablage ergänzt werden. Ansonsten ein toller Ort für ein paar erholsame Tage :-)

Tolle Ausgangslage für bergigen Urlaub

Plus: Super Lage, immer Parkplatz vor der Tür, viel Platz, Waschmaschine vorhanden, hell und schöner Blick, vertrauensvolle Kommunikation Minus: Außer Hängemöglichkeiten (Bügel) kaum Möbel zum Auspacken der Kleidungsstücke (Regale) Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Schönes Apartment mit wundervollen Ausblick

Das Apartment ist großräumig, es mangelte an nichts. Für Putzutensilien über Toilettenpapier, saubere Handtücher bis Küchenhelfer war alles dabei. Check-in lief ohne Problem über einen hinterlegten Schlüssel. Der Ausblick vom Balkon und morgens aus dem Bett auf die Alpspitze ist einfach wunderschön!

Urlaub in den Winterferien

Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Ausblick in die Berge wenn man morgens aufwacht einfach ein Traum. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter. Liebe Grüße und bis zum nächsten Mal.

Die Wohnung ist hell, schön und gut ausgestattet. Zum Zentrum sind es ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Bushaltestelle ist zu Fuß in drei Minuten zu erreichen. Zur kostenlose Nutzung der Busse ist eine Gästekarte erforderlich.

Für 4 Personen eine sehr großzügige Wohnung. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Besonders beindruckend ist die minimalistische aber geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Einfach nur schön.

Toller Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Garmisch. Die Wohnung ist sauber, bietet viel Platz und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber man ist auch schnell in der Stadt. Auch der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett. Sollten wir nochmal in der Gegend sein kommen wir gerne wieder.

Top!

Moderne, helle, äußerst saubere und neu augestattete Wohnung, inklusive hochwertiger Waschmaschine und Trockner. Küche bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Eine sehr nette Vermieterin, die immer ansprechbar war. Einziger Minuspunkt (zumindest für uns): Keine Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit in beiden Schlafzimmern… Wenn man also Dunkelschläfer ist so wie wir und im Urlaub ausschlafen möchte, sollte sich dunkle Folie o.ä. mitbringen. Ansonsten aber alles wunderbar!!!

Perfekter Familien Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, modern und gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der letzte Blick vorm einschlafen geht auf die Zugspitze. Es ist alles vorhanden. Tolle Wohnung für eine Familie. Schönes Objekt mit schöner Lage und Aussicht

Das Objekt hat einer wundervolle Lage und einen schönen Ausblick auf die Berge. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend ausgestattet mit allem was man zum Leben braucht. Die Küche, deren Ausstattung, und die Möbel sind sehr Hochwertig. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, hat eine gute Anbindung und ist dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Schöne helle Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung, perfekt für unseren Wander-Trip. Check-In verlief kontaktlos und sehr unkompliziert, alles weiter wie z.B. Gästekarten wurde im Vorfeld organisiert und zugeschickt. Einziges Manko war das nicht festgeschraubte Brett beim Bett im ersten Zimmer. Das haben wir während des Aufenthalts weggestellt um Unfälle zu vermeiden. Ansonsten alles top, gerne wieder!

Alles super

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es war alles super sauber und die Küche war mehr als gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt, man muss also wirklich nichts mitbringen wie, spülmittel, Föhn, Gewürze etc. Wie waren soooooo super zufrieden und der Ausblick ist auch hammer :) Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist mehr als gerecht.

Erholsamer Urlaub in Garmisch
