Two-chairs and umbrella daily beachside service are included on the 2.5 acres of private sugar white-sand beaches that are only a two-minute walk away. If you are not down at the beach, take advantage of the beach-front pool, the heated pool and hot tub right next to the unit, or the pickleball, tennis courts, and cornhole with provided equipment. You also have use of the new covered grill and picnic area.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit offers an open layout with a lofted interior for your group gatherings. It includes everything you need for a home away from home experience including a washer and dryer and fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials.

Upstairs is a loft-style layout with walk-through access between the bedrooms. Privacy shutters separate the upstairs from downstairs living areas. Private balcony access off the living area.

Alternative beach access is available at the Avalon Ramp (open access) or the Beach Retreat Ramp (gate code: 1524). Signage will be provided at the existing gate to guide you. This project will result in a more accessible and convenient beach entry for all Maravilla guests. Thank you for your cooperation.*

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
