"Welcome to our apartment" LENA ". The apartment is located in the newly built district Hohe Geest only a few meters from the North Sea coast.

Enjoy a relaxing break in our beautiful apartment, which leaves nothing to be desired.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
Bed and bath linen can be ordered for a fee from your property manager.
Tourist tax is applied.
Electricity / water / heating are included.
100, - € deposit are due in advance.

The spacious living area in the open living and dining area invites you to a cozy get-together after a relaxing sauna stay. Or let the evening fade away on the balcony. During the day, an electric awning will give you the shade you need on the balcony.

In the two bedrooms can sleep up to four people. The first bedroom has a box spring bed and an additional TV.
The second bedroom has a single bed and a sofa bed (sleeping area 80 x 200 cm).

Start the day after a good night's sleep with a nice breakfast, which can be prepared in the fully equipped kitchenette.

Explore the surrounding area or discover the many excursion destinations such as the beautiful North Sea resort Cuxhaven with a very extensive range of leisure activities or the city of Bremerhaven. Trips to the forest outdoor pool or the Natureum Niederelbe are also recommended. Go for long walks or bike rides on the beach or in the nearby forest, and visit the climbing park and the high-traffic kite spot.

In the underground car park is a car parking space available for free.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Wohnung und waren wieder sehr zufrieden. Am besten sind laut Kind die Pferdeweide gegenüber und der Balkon - wegen der vorbeikommenden Pferde. Wir schätzen aber auch den Stellplatz unter dem Haus, die bequemen Betten und den kurzen Weg ins Watt bzw zzm Strand.

Es war alles super, bis auf das Wetter, dies war leider nicht auf unserer Seite. 😅 Unsere Wohnung war super und sehr sauber. In der Küchenausstattung war eigentlich alles da. Wir würden sagen sogar mehr als üblich in Ferienwohnungen. Wir würden wiederkommen und empfehlen es gerne weiter. 👍

Schöne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und in guter Lage. Wir haben die Wohnung bereits zum zweiten Mal gebucht. Nur leider war die Wohnung dieses mal nicht ganz so sauber. (Das Sofa war noch sandig, wir hatten immer wieder Silberfische...). Trotzdem würden wir die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sehr gut gelegen. Die Ausstattung im Haus (Tiefgarage, Aufzug) und in der Wohnung sind sehr gut und modern. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr sauber und komfortabel.

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Es sind auch 2 Toiletten vorhanden, was super ist. Über dem Balkon ist eine elektische Markise. Auf dem Außengelände ist ein großer abschließbarer Abstellplatz für Fahrräder, Kinderwagen etc., den man nutzen kann. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können die Wohnung auf jedem Fall weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung und Wohnlage
Unser Aufenthalt war mal wieder sehr gelungen, da die Wohnung sehr neu ist und uns als vierköpfige Familie alles bietet, incl. Sauna. Die Wohnlage ist ebenfalls perfekt, da es auch die kleinen Füße gut zum Strand schaffen können. Ein weiterer großer Vorteil ist die Parksituation sowie das Carport für die Unterbringung von Fahrräder und Croozer.

Bei der FeWo handelt es sich um eine modern eingerichtete FeWo mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Waschmaschine und Trockner im separaten HWR vorhanden (kein Bild im Inserat) sowie eine zusätzliche Gästetoilette. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sahlenburg ist sehr ruhig, das haben wir genossen. Ausweichen kann man nach Duhnen, wenn man mehr Trubel möchte. Fahrrad mieten war problemlos. Bäcker in der Nähe ist auch sehr angenehm.

Alles da, was man braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Sehr sauber, wir kommen gerne wieder. Das einzige, was ich bemängeln kann, ist, dass der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage sehr eng ist. Lieber mit einem kleinen (schmalen) Auto anreisen.
