The Cozy Cottage on Little Duck Cove
A cozy cottage well equipped with luxurious touches. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful Hyco Lake retreat.
Located in a tranquil cove tucked away in the towering pines on Hyco Lake. Kick back and enjoy the elevated deck with a beautiful view of the cove.
The kitchen is well equipped for you to create memorable meals. An outdoor grill for your grilling adventures. Coffee or Tea lovers... we've got you covered. Luxurious and cozy.
Currently we do not have a dock. This project is in the works. Kayaks can be put in the water at the property and this section of the lake is great for kayaking with less traffic. Local boat rentals available only a few miles away.
We have security cameras set up to view the front door and the drive way as well as a Lake view on the back side of the house.

Why they chose this property
Main level find a comfortable living room with easy to use fire place. Open to dining area, well equipped kitchen and walkout deck looking over Little Duck Cove. Galley kitchen with glass electric stove top and oven, dish washer, microwave, large refrigerator and all you need to cook great meals. Just off the main living area find two main level bedrooms ( Bed 1 King and Bed 2 a single) with comfortable bedding and a full bath with plush linens. Hidden away a 2 bed loft area (4th Bedroom in listing) with room for kids or adults to escape and play.
On the lower level you will find a private bedroom with king sized bed, fire place and luxurious spa like bathroom with double sinks, rain shower head, hand held sprayer and body jets. 2 bay doors open up to lower level patio. An escape within an escape!
