Welcome to Casa Tranquilla! This 2BR/2BA Pueblo-style home is an easy stroll to the Historic Plaza and countless downtown restaurants and shops.

Grill and dine alfresco on the deck or sip a crisp beverage on the shaded porch. You’ll love the traditional adobe accents like the wood ceiling with vigas.

This home sleeps four guests between two suites, both of which have deck access and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The primary suite offers a queen bed, while the guest suite is furnished with two twin beds and a desk.

The deck includes a gas grill and a patio table with an umbrella.

The covered front porch has a second dining table.

LOCATION

Walk 9 minutes to the Historic Plaza in the heart of Santa Fe or take in panoramic city views at Cross of the Martyrs hilltop park. Stroll to numerous restaurants (from 5 minutes), shops, and the Georgia O’Keefe Museum (11 minutes).

Hike the Dale Ball trail network just outside of town or explore the Santa Fe Ski Area in the wintertime. Stroll the Railyard Arts District and check out the Santa Fe Farmers’ Market.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great casita, great location!

Casa Tranquilla was exactly what we hoped it would be. It was cozy and comfy, and the kitchen was well equipped. The location so close to the Plaza made it easy to walk, and it was quiet and private even being so close to the Plaza. We will definitely return.

Comfortable & Convenient

Charming adobe style house with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & 2 porches. Roomy bedrooms with spacious closets. Workable kitchen and quality cooking utensils. Seating area good for 3. Nicely decorated. In a quiet neighborhood about a half mile from the plaza.

Cute Adobe Abode

This is the cutest place I’ve ever stayed. Love the adobe construction, real wood decor, private terrace and two spacious bedrooms, each with its own bath. Great location to walk to the Santa Fe plaza.

Great stay in Santa Fe

Clean and central location. Well equipped kitchen. Great to have both shade and sun porches. Responsive management when we had issues with the wifi. They even provided a softer pillow for my spouse. Would stay here again.

Very Quiet

We liked the quietness and privacy of the home, and that it is a pretty easy walk to the plaza. On the other hand, it was smaller, older and darker than the pics would suggest, and the kitchen was not stocked that well with basic stuff. If you are used to staying in fancy places it's not for you, but if you are budget conscious and value privacy and solitude you'll likely be very happy. It's truly tranquil!

Loved Casita Tranquilla

We traveled from upstate NY and met our son and girlfriend who drove from LA with their dog. It was a perfect place for all of us and we really enjoyed the covered patio. The AC was appreciated and we enjoyed cooking and revisiting Sante Fe.. we honeymooned there almost 43 years ago! Would highly recommend this fabulous casita!!

Lovely location and ambiance

This house is very well appointed and in a great location to everything. Very quiet and private both from the outside world and between the two bedrooms. Kitchen has good cookware and knives and washer dryer works well. Easy proximate parking space. We would return!

Cozy house in a quiet neighborhood

We spent a week as a family in this house and enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent as it is near the central plaza and lots of restaurants. The house is fenced in with a small yard and includes a couple areas of outdoor seating. The kitchen is well stocked which always is a plus. The living room is a tad small but we made it work. All and all, we would recommend this cozy adobe house to others.

Very clean, great location, everything we needed in kitchen which helped to cut down expenses on dining out, very quiet & safe location; plenty of towels/bedding, & washer/dryer. Even had dish soap//dryer supplies as well as shampoo, bathsoap, etc. PERFECT!

All around perfect!

Location, size of the home, cleanliness and warmth and comfort of the home were perfect for our nearly weeklong stay. We were attending a workshop at the Santa Fe Convention center and loved that we could walk there every morning. The numerical door code didn’t work but we were able to self check in easily using the lockbox key. The home is located in a very quiet neighborhood despite just a couple blocks off the main plaza and Paseo de Peralta. We will definitely be coming again!

Great location!

Casa Tranquilla was a sweet house in a great location. The walk to the Plaza was easy. The walk back had one hill, but not too bad. Just note that if you are going in the summer, there is a mini split air conditioner, but the bedrooms ran warm. They do provide fans which help

Forrest - Tranquilla

Very comfortable. Loved the spacious covered front porch. Bedrooms also have doors that open onto the back porch. Good location and neighborhood. Plenty of parking when renting both houses together. Quiet street. Close to Fort Marcy Park for walking. Close enough to walk to downtown. Great that it is dog friendly with a secure fence and gate that goes all the way around the house.

Truly a tranquilla casa!

Location! We loved the walk to the plaza, felt like the uphill return gave us permission for desert! And we enjoyed morning walks up to the Fort Marcy park. The casa is comfortable and cute. The kitchen could use a boost (teaspoons? toaster?) but we weren't there to cook. Nice quality bedding and towels. The two patio locations were a treat - take your pick: sunshine or shade. Quiet neighborhood with nice privacy on both patios. All in all, great place for three women friends' Santa Fe get-away!

Lovely House - Needs Attention

As described, this house in conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood. The weather was cool with mountain showers almost daily. Santa Fe is a great city to visit. I will call Vacasa and VRBO to provide a list of items that need immediate attention.

Santa Fe happy!

Overall, I was very satisfied with the rental. Locking the front door from the outside was tricky tho. It was quite comfortable for my daughter and I. The only suggestion I have is that the kitchen badly needs a new microwave and toaster oven. The ones that are there are quite old and not user friendly. Location is excellent! Easy walk to the plaza. I had my chihuahua with me and she was happy with the house and the outside area.
