About this property

Apartment rental in the middle of the Saxon Switzerland National Park

The guesthouse-Elbsandstein stands in the middle of Rathmannsdorf. You have a wonderful view of the mountains and valleys of the national park 'Saxon Switzerland'.
We currently rent 2 apartments.
The apartment Bastei is with max. 6 persons + toddler in baby cot assignable.
In the apartment Lilienstein is an occupancy of max 4 persons + toddler up to 2 years possible.
General equipment:
Living room with flat screen TV, kitchen with dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave and refrigerator, toaster, kettle and coffee machine; Bedroom with flat screen TV

Equipment Apartment Bastei:
Fireplace; 3 separate bedrooms (depending on occupancy!); Bathroom with bath, shower, 2 toilets and 2 sinks; Kitchen as described above including large dining table; Terrace with electric grill incl. Large table and 6 chairs; Conservatory with dining table; Car parking space in front of the house.

Equipment Apartment Lilienstein:
2 separate bedrooms (depending on occupancy!); modern bathroom with radio, shower and toilet; additional WC; Terrace with table and chairs; Electric grill on the terrace; Car parking space in front of the house
Dishes, towels and bed linen is available and included in the rental price as well as the cleaning.
The number of bedrooms depends on the number of bookers!
We bought the house in late 2008 and have since completely renovated. Unfortunately, the work has moved us to Nuremberg, so we did not want to leave it empty but now rent as a holiday home. A local contact person is of course available ;-)

Tolle Wohnung mit sehr schöner Aussicht - wir haben täglich bewundern können, wie die Sonne neben dem Lilienstein untergeht... Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und passte perfekt für uns (2 Eltern, 2 Großeltern, 2 Kinder).

Tolles, großes Appartement in ruhiger Lage
Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt für 4 Leute, alles sehr großzügig geschnitten und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage im oberen Teil von Rathmannsdorf ermöglicht den direkten Blick von der Terrasse auf die Festung Königsstein - das kombiniert mit der Ruhe im Ort, einfach herrlich. Bad Schandau ist fußläufig über einen einen tollen Weg zu erreichen.

Ein schönes Appartement
Das Appartement war viel größer als es auf den Bildern wirkt. Super Aufenthalt mit Hunden. Die Aufteilung war toll und der windgeschützte Balkon, auf dem die Abendsonne zum Verweilen und schönem Ausblick zum Abendessen einlädt, war auch recht groß. Der Balkon ist bildlich nicht abgebildet. Das würde ich seitens der Vermieter unbedingt nachtragen, da es ein absoluter Pluspunkt und folglich vielleicht Entscheidungskriterium ist. Check-in und Check-out waren super unkompliziert, da es allein gemacht werden konnte. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war super. Schnell und freundlich. Mit Hunden kann man direkt nach ca. 200 Metern in ein Wald- und Wiesengebiet. Wirklich toll. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ruhige Basisstation für Ausflüge
Wir haben die Ruhe im Örtchen Rathmannsdorf-Höhe sehr genossen und nutzten bei der sommerlichen Hitze gerne abends den kurzen Spaziergang zum Aussichtsturm mit Kneipp-Bad zur Abkühlung. Von hier aus konnten wir mit 3 Kindern und Hund großartige Ausflüge machen. Die Wohnung bot uns Alles, was wir brauchten, tolle Frühstücksterasse und abends der Sonnenuntergang mit Blick auf die Festung Königstein. Lediglich der erste, äußere Eindruck des Objektes war für uns etwas erschreckend, hier ist noch nicht so viel passiert, die Umbaumaßnahmen sind erkannbar.

Sehr saubere und geräumige Ferienwohnung mit Top- Ausstattung. Von innen viel schöner, als der erste Eindruck von außen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Vermieter sind sehr bemüht und Kommunikation klappte ebenfalls sehr gut.
