Private SEPARATE (with separate private entrance) Upstairs Studio apartment with its own driveway, parking, grill, firepit and deck. Queen size Murphy bed; kitchenette with full size refrigerator, microwave, Keurig and double compartment sink; full bath with shower, vanity, toilette and plenty of room. Great views from the private deck and relaxing times at the fire pit by the water.

Boat ramp on property and a space on the floating dock to tie up your boat. Kayaks available for use as well.

All in a quiet, country setting on beautiful Lake Murray.

Beautiful Property & Amazing Hosts

My wife and I stayed in this immaculate apartment for a few nights. We were blown away by the beautiful views (right on Lake Murray) and we enjoyed everything about the apartment. It was very clean, very accommodating with everything we needed plus many extras! The hosts had snacks and drinks awaiting us as soon as we got there. It was super hot during our stay and the air worked great in the apartment and stayed very cool. We had asked about a grill beforehand and they had one waiting on us when we arrived. They also have a boat ramp so that we could just back straight into the lake and dock our boat right on the side of their boat slip/dock. David was very responsive on all of our message and got back to us immediately! Thank you both for a wonderful trip for my wife and I to make tons of memories fishing, swimming, trips on the boat, and simply relaxing in a beautiful space! We will definitely be back!

This is not only a private space (separate driveway, dedicated private deck, separate entrance); it also has a boat ramp, parking area large enough for multiple vehicles and boat trailer, space on the floating dock to tie up a boat, a dedicated firepit area and use of kayaks if requested.... all at no extra charge.
