The main floor of this gem features an inviting coastal-themed living area, a well-equipped kitchen with all major appliances, including a dishwasher and drip coffee maker, and a dining table. The washer/dryer is located in the unfinished basement. This room is unavailable for guest use, but you may access the washer/dryer if desired.
The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per-person fee for guests ages 4 and older for the use of the community's amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests that opt to purchase amenity passes must purchase at the Bear Trap Pavilion.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
