The second bedroom also includes its own private bathroom, while the third bedroom is ideal for kids or guests who prefer separate beds. For extra convenience, there’s a Murphy bed neatly hidden in the living room closet—no more sleeping on a pull-out couch! The dining room, furnished by Bassett Home Furnishings, comfortably seats eight, offering plenty of room for the whole family.
The condo’s location makes poolside dips and beach outings a breeze. You’ll enjoy quick access to the pools and the beach—just steps away from the condo—perfect for families with little ones.
Beachside also offers the closest balcony to the ocean, where you can sip your morning coffee while watching the sunrise or dine in the evening shade, all while listening to the relaxing sound of the waves just below. With this sought-after location near the elevator, moving in and out is a snap, and you'll be at the beach or pool in no time.
The well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher, along with a full range of small appliances for your convenience.

Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
