The house is located in the small town of Colle d 'Orano in the northwest of the island of Elba. From the house there is a wonderful view over Corsica (sunset) and the islands of the Tuscan Archipelago. In the village itself there is a small grocery store and a delicious restaurant ("Bastia").

Super Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage. Jederzeit wieder!
Das Ferienhaus hat alles, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die hervorragend ausgestattete Küche und die helle Beleuchtung im gesamten Haus. Alle Fenster sind mit Moskitonetzen versehen. Die Hausbeschreibung und die Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist sehr freundlich. Für uns das bisher beste Ferienhaus, was wir auf Elba hatten.

das Haus steht oberhalb des kleinen Dorf‘s mit prächtigem Blick auf das Meer. doch für Badeferien am Strand eher ungeeignet. ausser man geht zu Fuss ( 20 Minuten) durch Gebüsch und Wald zur Kleinen Bucht mit bizarren Felsen. Im Dorf hat es ein Laden und auch ein Restaurant mit freundlichem Besitzer. leider hatten wir 4 Tage von 7 Tagen nur kaltes Wasser zum Duschen wie auch in der Küche. Der Vermieter war nur schriftlich erreichbar und etwas Unwirsch. am Ende der Ferien keine Entschuldigungen oder Antwort.

Das Zurückkehren zu dem Haus mit seiner traumhaften Terasse, war jeden Tag eigentlich der schönste Moment! Sooo zum Wohlfühlen, Flair genießen, Runterfahren. Alle Vorraussetzungen und Möglichkeiten um es sich gut gehen zu lassen vorhanden. Der Blick aufs Meer mit untergehender Sonne.. zauberhaft!! Im Haus fehlt es an nichts. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und alles mit Stil. Etwas irritiert hat uns die Treppe nach oben, die auf den Bildern einladend aussieht, aber die kein Obergeschoss erschließt. Bisschen schade aber nich schlimm. Man könnte sagen: ..noch Luft nach oben, dennoch fehlt es dem Erdgeschoss an nichts. Wir hatten zwei Ventilatoren dabei, was im Sommer Sinn macht, wenn man die Möglichkeit hat. Das Dorf und die Gegend sind wunderbar, wenn man die Ruhe bevorzugt. Im Lädchen bekommt man alles, was man braucht. Ich würde gern im Herbst mal wieder kommen. Zur Saison haben mich die überfüllten Parkplätze und Strände mit vier Kindern/Jugendlichen ziemlich gestresst. Wandern ist herrlich direkt vom Haus aus. Wunderschöne Zeit hatten wir auf Elba, ganz besonders im Lanhaus Gabbiola!

PLUSPUNTEN: - Het gehucht Colle D'arano bevindt zich, althans volgens ons, aan de mooiste kant van het eiland met de mooiste dorpjes. - het appartement was ruim, zuiver en beschikt over een goed uitgeruste keuken. - het terras geeft een adembenemend mooi uitzicht met prachtige zonsondergang . Het erg ruime terras is ca. even groot als het appartement en de absolute troef van de accommodatie. MINPUNTEN - Vanaf de late voormiddag tot 's avonds schijnt de zon zo hard op het terras dat het onderaaglijk heet wordt. Een parasol of alternatief ontbreekt. De maand juli2023 is ondertussen legendarisch heet... Onze mail naar de eigenaar werd negatief beantwoord met de boodschap "help yourself" aangezien hij beweerde dat deze steeds stuk gaan door de wind. Dit terwijl alle buren ondertussen parasols boven haalden... Hierdoor konden wij het terras slechts 's in de voormiddag goed gebruiken, wat jammer was. - de tuin heeft mooie bloeiende planten, maar is wat verwaarloosd. Een goede snoei- en onderhoudsbeurt zou welkom zijn.

Location eccellente. Servizi a portata di mano. Vista superba dalla magnifica terrazza. Quiete e pulizia. Le spiagge si raggiungono in pochi minuti. Mare d'incanto.

Traumhafte Aussicht
Die Ferienwohnung liegt erhöht mit traumhafter Aussicht aufs Meer in einem kleinen, sehr ruhigen Ort im Westen von Elba. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, jedoch findet man an Ort alles was man braucht und auch das Meer ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Küche ist sehr zweckdienlich eingerichtet, die Terasse bietet Erholung pur mit Sonne den ganzen Tag. Ideal für Familien die Erholung und Ruhe in einem der schönsten Ecken Elbas suchen.

Traumhafte Terrasse
Wunderschöne, grosse Terrasse hoch über dem Meer, spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge, es sind Tisch und Stühle, Sonnenliegen und Grill mit Holzscheiten vorhanden. Wohnküche mit hochwertigen Kochutensilien, edlen Weingläsern und Geschirrspülmaschine. Das Bad geräumig, die Zimmer ziemlich dunkel, das kleinere wirklich sehr klein. Keine Klimaanlage, Aussendusche nicht funktionstüchtig, schöne Bepflanzung inklusive Feigenbaum! Entfernung zum nächsten Strand mindestens 1/4 Stunde, da Parkplätze rar sind.
