Overall the house was met our expectations and matched the description posted - quaint house approximately 20 min drive to ski resort and restaurants. Only issue was the sofa bed frame was bent causing the head of the bed to sag down allowing only one person to sleep on it diagonally. Due to the bed issue , one guest had to sleep on the love seat with his legs hanging over the end. We didn’t realize the bed issue until late at night since the purpose of the trip was to go night snowboarding.

The cabin and location was ok. We were upset because it wasnt clean. Fridge was filthy so we did not use. Both beds white color sheets had hair and black dirt kind of debris which made me think could be bed bug droppings. This made me feel that the sheets were not washed.
Outside fire pit did not work because gas was empty.

Why they chose this property
It's easy to get to the ski slopes, lake, hiking trails, shopping, and the Village all in less than a 15 minute car ride. It's a quick bike ride to the nearest trailhead. Please be advised that snow chains are required on all vehicles during the winter months which don't have 4-wheel drive. Please check the weather conditions before you make your way up the mountain so you can plan to have the best time possible.
What makes this property unique
We have a fully fenced in property which allows for families to feel safe letting thier little ones run around the yard. It's perfect in the winter and summer months to listen to the wind blow through the trees and nature roaming around. This is a tranquil, family-based residential neighborhood. The noise ordinance is adhered to strictly and we want our neighbors to be respected.
