The building is now a listed building and has only recently been restored. The living space is optimally divided: spacious sleeping area with double bed, cozy, fully equipped cooking and dining area and bathroom with shower. The lovingly chosen furnishings, the terracotta floor and the antique wooden ceiling give the studio an authentic Florentine atmosphere.
