Perfect for short, mid-term and long-term stays. Renovated 4Rm, 3Bath & dedicated work space home with everything you need. Home is about 15min from SeaTac Airport & 25min to Seattle downtown with convenient access to I-5 & Hwy-167 for easy commute to Seattle & localities.

The renovated 2 story spacious home is furnished with everything you need
-Living Room: Large living room with comfortable sofa and 55inch TV
-Bedrooms 4: Large Master suite and Two bed rooms on main floor; additional master on the bottom floor
-Bathrooms 3: One full size common bathroom with Tub in the hallway and additional large bathroom with Tub in the master bedroom. Additional spacious bathroom in the lower level master with large shower.
-Private/Dedicated work area: In the lower suite with Desk/Chair and High Speed WiFi
-Kitchen/Dining Room: Large kitchen with all appliances and utensils to cook and comfortably enjoy your meals at large dining table
-Laundry: Full size washer and dryer with everything you need - FREE
-Private Deck and Fully Fenced back yard: Enjoy the deck just off the dining room; Back yard is perfect for your kids and pets.
-AC and Fans: Normally don't need an AC in Pacific NW but we have an AC in main/common area and portable fans in all rooms
Parking: Large and long driveway perfect for larger vehicles; additional parking on the side of the street. Maximum two vehicles allowed on the premises.
Our homes have key pad locks for easy self Check-In-Check-Out process . You will be provided with necessary information and key pad code couple of days before your arrival.

Up for the Mariners game

The check process was very easy. You were wonderful to say that we can come in early even though traffic didn’t allow us to the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We just didn’t have enough sitting area upstairs to relax and enjoy ourselves.. But the reason we wouldn’t back is because of the cleanliness of the bathroom and house. Plus, there were many things that were broken or just not fixed like fans in the bathroom holes in the wall door jams that don’t close. Thank you.

Alaska Vacation

This was a great place to stay for the few days we spent in Seattle before cruising. The neighbor is very nice and felt very safe. The washer and dryer are very noisy but everything else was great. Thank you

Not what we expected

Initial Pictures and reviews looked great… but overall the property was sub par and needed a lot of tlc, painting and repairs…had a torn off gutter in the front, walls had damage… Towel rack in the main bathroom was torn off the wall with a gap hole in the Sheetrock, window coverings were broken…smoke alarm in the hallway was missing… and other disappointments… Kitchen and beds were good.

One of the only rentals near Tahoma National Cemetary, worked well for our purposes while we were visitng for a service from out of town. The owner was very responsive when we had an issue shortly after check in, he came to fix it quickly which we appreciated.

Retirement Event

Hosts were very responsive and helpful when we had immediate questions when checking in. Dan answered on first call and was friendly and helpful. Only suggestion would be 1 recliner in living room or a rocking chair. And a tv in the master, especially downstairs as the men I was with made me watch GOLF AND WESTERNS.....LOL(Just a personal preference not a negative) Kitchen was well equipped.

Great stay!

Our party of 6 loved our stay here. Very clean, plenty of room for everyone. There’s coffee, extra blankets and pillows and a stocked kitchen to make meals. There’s plenty of stores within a short drive and the neighborhood was very quiet and safe .

We enjoyed our stay so much here. The place was so cute and perfect for what we needed. Our host was also great with communication and got back to us right away when we had a request. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Looks great in photos, doesn’t quite live up to those.

Bedding did not seem clean- stains on comforters, hairs on pillows across multiple Rooms- Not sure if this is a reflection of property management or cleaning company. Overall house was OK in cleanliness, needs a deep clean. We recently took a trip along the coast staying in multiple VRBO properties and this was the least clean of all of them. On the plus side 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms was great for our family set-up. Location was fine.
