About this property
Charming Coastal Cutie! Quintessential beach cottage.
Location, Location, Location!!! Minutes from all of Seaside’s amenities. Bike to dinner downtown, throw a crab pot off of 12th St. bridge, fish for salmon in the Necanicum, kayak in the estuary, walk to the outlet mall, or have a bonfire on the beach. An incredibly fun and dynamic place for an extended stay.
Cozy up next to the fireplace after a day of clam digging, crabbing, or surfing. Great location, one block from the estuary and a short walk to the beach.
Large unfinished basement provides abundant storage. Spacious side lot, great for pets, RVers, or outdoor entertainment. Lots of windows let in natural light, and provide stellar views of Tillamook Head, eagles hunting, or the occasional Roosevelt elk. Peek-a-boo views of ocean from 2nd floor.

Why they chose this property
Why I chose Seaside:
I bought this house because of the location.
I love the estuary side of Seaside with its abundant wildlife viewing and more secluded beach area but still very close to all the shopping, restaurants, and fun (i.e. arcade, mini-golf, brewpubs, amusement rides, aquarium) downtown; only a 5 minute walk away.

What makes this property unique
What makes this House unique:
Old house charm & character but with updated amenities (gas stove & heat, walk-in closet, newer cupboards, countertops, etc.) private (mostly-fenced) backyard; literally across the street from the estuary, this house is all about the location.
Spacious, upstairs bedroom has a peekaboo view of the ocean.
