Our spacious Mother-inlaws retreat includes an outdoor hot tub, dining area and BBQ, the unit is direct across from the Empire MIne Penn Gate, entrance with 800 acres of walking trails, less than one mile to downtown Grass Valley & four miles to downtown Nevada City. You can enjoy wine tasting, taprooms, art galleries, restaurants, boutiques, hiking & biking. Swim, fish, and play on the Yuba river & too many lakes to list. Relax, dine and play

Beautiful Setting

What a beautiful and restful setting! I so enjoyed having my morning coffee in the garden watching the birds and listening to the soothing chimes. The weather was perfect, the unit is large and the entire property is welcoming!

Quiet retreat

This property is a secret jewel to relax, and recharge. Very comfortable for 2 adults. All amenities were available. The hot tub was enjoyable, and the landscaping beautiful with privacy. The location was across from Empire State Park. We toured while there.. Very nice

Perfect Oasis

The place is amazing, so comfy, relaxing, has such a great vibe. The owners are clearly very thoughtful and intentional with their home and offerings. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the space after a long day out in the sun. Owners were gone during our stay and had everything taken care of prior. 10/10 will come back should we visit GV again.

Beauty

Beautiful landscape Although we did not use the hot tub we intended to. We forgot our flip-flops but she has some ready for us along with bathrobes. They also had an umbrella for us to use in case of rain They basically thought of everything and we enjoyed our stay
