Clean and spacious, the five bedrooms plus the loft area will comfortably sleep twelve people. The large eat-in kitchen accommodates thirteen people, and there is a lovely living room with plenty of seating and a balcony overlooking the pool area. The community pool is the perfect place to land after a long day at the beach. Enter the ground level to find one bedroom, a hall bathroom, access to the rear patio, and a garage. Your second level offers a spacious main living area and a fantastic balcony. You also have a primary suite on this level with ensuite and balcony access and a second bedroom. Your top level provides two bedrooms and a hall bathroom. The loft area offers a bedroom to accommodate twelve total comfortably. This townhouse is perfect for larger families that want to have space to spread out.
LOCATION: Located in the Forgotten Mile, this property is within walking distance of several restaurants open for lunch and dinner. It is only a ten-minute walk to Dewey Beach and all the nightlife. Downtown Rehoboth is just a trolley ride away if you would like to enjoy the famous boardwalk. This is a perfect property for your summer destination!

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Family vacation

The home is beautiful and had everything we needed. It was better than we imagined. It’s very accommodating for a large family. It’s a short walk to the beach. We loved it!

Dewey 2024

The location and property were very nice. There were a few minor things like missing light bulbs and missing batteries in a tv remote The chairs around the pool are in pretty bad shape too. But other than that our stay was very enjoyable and the place was very clean.

Huge Townhouse with Pool

Fully stocked house with beach chairs and toys, toilet paper, cleaning supplies including dishwasher detergent, and laundry products. Great kitchen with everything you can need. No Keriug machine. Fantastic porches with easy access to community pool shared by 11 homes. No linens or towels included so bring your own. We rented from the service and they got a few things wrong and only provided one towel per person. The listing has an error: There is a bunk bed in one of the downstairs bedrooms with a twin top and double bottom. And 5 twins on the fourth floor, which is kind of an open space.

Great location and size

A group of friends and our infant children just finished our stay here. The property is very conveniently located and the access to both the beach and communal pool were big pluses. The house was largely in good shape, however the air conditioning on the upper floors was not working when we arrived, the wifi only worked intermittently, the water pressure was weak in some showers, and there were a few maintenance issues like loose doorknobs and a broken faucet. The landlord was quick to respond to fix the a/c by the next day but could not help us with the wifi. The remaining issues were not huge and could likely be fixed in the off-season. Overall, the space was fantastic with our group and our stay was enjoyable despite the issues mentioned above. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
