This spacious home has all the amenities to enjoy spending time with family or friends. Centrally located near a park, shopping mall, and several delicious restaurants. Guests might take a walk along the Mighty Columbia River just a few miles from the home by car. Lawerence Scott Park/fields, and The Southridge Sports Complex are around 6-10 min away by car for tournament families.
Enjoy wine country and local tastings or just relax at the house! Coffee and Italian Soda bar provided.
The private pool is offered between Memorial Day and Labor Day due to cooler temps before and after said period.

Guests may sign into their personal accounts for streaming services.

One high chair, and one booster seat provided. Two additional IKEA high chairs available by request. A potty seat, and baby gate for the stairs are also available by request. Puddle jumper life jackets provided.

This home sleeps sixteen maximum. Towels, and linens are available for sixteen people only.

Note: the cleaning fee covers the sanitizing practices and laundering of linens for the 4000 sq feet guests have access. Please leave the home in the condition you found it.

Fishing getaway

Wonderful Place to Stay!

We came to my hometown for my dad’s funeral and the house was perfect for our family of 14. Kymm and her husband were amazing to work with! Very kind sweet and accommodating couple! Hot tub was divine!

It was a bit awkward with two kitchens being so far apart. We were hoping for some type of fireplace, even an electric one. The dishwasher leaked on the lower left side in the main kitchen. The lights were burned out in both ovens. The antique cabinet off the entry was very dusty along the bottom. Other than that, we made do with the bed configurations even though we were all couples.

Spacious place for extended family

Having such a large home was perfect for our clan. We all fit comfortably in the great room as well as there were other options for quieter more private groupings. And the hot tub was a bonus!

A Magical 50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration!

This home was a perfect setting for our large family to get together! Kymm was beyond helpful! The house is beautiful, spacious, immaculately clean, and had everything we needed to feel completely comfortable. We hope to return soon!

Family reunion

We were pleasantly surprised with the home and property! So well appointed, well stocked kitchen, and plenty of areas to gather. Pool was cold but that didn’t stop some of the guests! Loved the complimentary Italian sodas and conveniences! The bar and large room were incredible! We would consider staying there again!

Family get together

We had a great time at this awesome house. Kymm, the host, was very helpful, accommodating and sensitive to all our needs. The house had everything you would ever need. We were a party of 7 adults, 5 children that were 8 and under and 1 infant. All the wonderful amenities, made it totally unnecessary for us to leave the property during our stay. We were fortunate enough to have really nice weather, so the pool, hot tub & swings were in constant use. It is a 5 star accommodation. Thanks Kymm.

Wedding hangout

We needed a place where everyone could gather for my daughter's wedding. We were all from out of town. The great room referred to as the "barn" was perfection. The long bar with an almost complete kitchen including ice maker and carbonized water thingy was a huge hit. There were also quiet sitting areas for those who needed a break.

Conference Group

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this spacious retreat! It's name accurately describes it. There was plenty of space inside and out to feel like we were not all on top of each other, but close enough to stay connected. We had 16 people and it was quite comfortable for sleeping and enjoying fellowship, board games, and just hanging out together. Highly recommend this site for any group.

This is the second year we have stayed at this location and once again there is simply not a single reason not to come back! The house is perfect for groups or couples , room for seperation but all can get together in great room! Back yard with hot tub and pool are amazing. Hard to leave.

Kennewick wedding

WOW..what can one say about this home. It was huge and spacious but also had little nooks and crannies that allowed for some "downtime/personal" spaces as needed. EVERYTHING was provided as advertised (and more extras) were noted. Had a few questions and needs and Kymm was very available and responsive as needed but remained unobtrusive. Location is conveniently in the middle of things. Backyard was huge and gave space for cornhole, swimming (yes some crazys went in Sept)..hot tubbing, swinging for the kids, general hanging out and enjoying the sunshine. While my daughter's wedding was the main event...this home allowed for all of us to enjoy the time, share our love and be comfortable. THANK YOU KYMM and CALEB!

Property was mostly comfortable for 7 adult women. Best would have been 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms! Having several areas to spread out into when not sleeping helped. It was sadly too chilly to fully enjoy the pool. The house was well equipped for cooking and dining. The beds were comfortable. Nice towels and bathroom amenities. The host was most responsive to questions and concerns.

Wonderful, clean home

We had a wonderful stay at the home. The kids loved sleeping in the bunk room all together after swimming in the pool all day! The property manager, Kymm, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We would definitely recommend this home to friends!
