Great vacation

This place worked out great for us...wish it wasnt for sale, we'd book again next year, maybe longer..a few blips, heat and ac went out, but was fixed that day.power was out one AM, but was fixed within an hour...very quick response with both those issues..the only thing that would make it heaven is to have a heated pool..it was very cold so we didnt use it much...other than it being for sale, we'd book it again...

Family Trip

House was clean and smelled great. Fully-fenced in backyard was great for the dogs and kids. Pool wasn’t heated, so swimming was a little chilly. But overall, we were very happy.

terrible experience

I did not have a good experience. I had to email the morning I left for directions on how to get into the premise two times. The home was hot, 84 degrees and no working AC. The smoke detector was beeping and the guest bath had a cracked toilet seat. We called the management company and they offered to give us back our money, but we had no where to stay. The next day they sent someone out to look at the air conditioner who could not fix it until they day we were leaving. Also the TV in the front room did not work. There were no house instructions provided on how to get it to work. I asked for a full refund and they gave it to us, but was told we have to leave by 8pm. It was Thanksgiving day! Luckily we found a hotel, but it was more expensive

Week long baseball tournament stay

The house was lovely and suited our needs well. It was only a 15 minute drive to the ballfields. Home does not have a dishwasher which was a little disappointing but nothing that paper plates couldn't solve. The pool was wonderful after a long day at the ballfield. When the pool pump broke, the management company sent the repair person right away and fixed the problem. Overall, great home, however the neighborhood did not compliment the house well.

House had all basics you need. The pool is in good shape, the neighborhood is pretty quiet and everyone seems to keep to themselves. Good location for the beach, restaurants, golf courses.
